Spy Bingo Verdict
Spy Bingo has a very snazzy theme, but it’s really just a design for the home page which isn’t seen in evidence elsewhere. The remainder of the site is very good, just nothing you can’t find on other Cassava sites. Check this site out for the bingo bonuses and promotions and see how you get on with the chat community. You might enjoy spying out their big selection of slots.

Design & Usability
Spy Bingo has a very cool full-page background, showing a suave suited spy with a gun and a femme fatale in a red dress. They pose next to bags of cash, a swish car and a dark city skyline. It’s all very James Bond and really quite fun, however… that’s about the extent of the spy games you’ll find here. The site doesn’t host any special promotions or bingo to reflect the theme at all.
The layout of the site is smart and neat. You can reach anything in just a few clicks, though contact details for the support section could be a bit easier to find. Overall the design is of high quality, but lacks originality.
Software & Gameplay
You have the benefit of fast software here, which will load up the full-page lobby in no time. From here you can visit the cashier, change your preferences (of which there are many) and see all the latest offers. It looks very good but again isn’t really related to the theme.
The bingo rooms are good fun here, with big graphics that are easy to follow. The chat is pretty active here and you’ll find hosts easy enough, but it could be busier. This may just depend on the time you arrive. There are plenty of chat games to get things moving, fortunately.
Safety & Security
Spy Bingo may sound sneaky but they’re fully licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. Of course, the government will deny any knowledge of their existence if they get captured by enemy spies!
The site is also supported by eCOGRA, a third-party body which verifies all bingo sites for safety and fairness. They have clear responsible gambling information and your details are protected by encryption, so you can pay safely.
Payments & Withdrawals
Spy Bingo accepts payments in various ways. You can make a wire transfer and they also offer phone banking. Online you can use debit and credit cards by MasterCard and Visa, or you can use Neteller, PayPal, PaySafeCard and EntroPay.
This is a good mixture and it’s pretty easy to use the cashier system, but not that the minimum withdrawal is £20 and you will have to wait a little over average for the cash.
Customer Support
You can contact the team in three ways, including phone, email and a sort of live chat which is actually a help room within the bingo chat system. This is not as efficient as true live chat, but it’s something. The phone lines are open 9am to 1am.
The team seem to be very friendly here and you may not need them much, thanks to a good set of FAQs and a thorough guide to bingo from the ground up, ideal if you haven’t played before.
Bonuses & Promotions
You won’t find any special promotions at Spy Bingo but they do have a good variety. You can take part in the limited space Late Night show for some chat games and guaranteed pots, or grab £700 in prizes on the weekends. There’s even a bingo event where you’re guaranteed to have a win.
The welcome bonus is split into 150% for bingo and 150% for general games. You can claim up to £105. This is pretty generous but note that while the bingo half only needs to be played through four times, the games half requires eighty times playthrough.
Device Compatibility
Spy Bingo could do with a mobile page to tell you more about their offerings, or an app would be ideal, but you can still connect to the site via mobile and tablet. Just visit the site on your browser as normal. You can use the same login details from the main site.
The mobile site is essentially a template, but a very high quality one. This mobile software is well made and lets you get around with just a few swipes. Cleverly, you can open sliding trays to access chat and buy tickets, making the most of the small screen.
Variety & Originality
You can find 90 ball, 75 ball and a 5-line derivative at Spy Bingo. They also offer four free bingo rooms, though these are partly restricted by how much you’ve been spending. There are multiple special jackpots too. The rooms are not unique to this site but they do have nice artwork and themes to make them feel distinct from each other.
The slots and casino games are pretty good here, using attractive graphics. There’s a strong selection, enough to keep you entertained when you aren’t playing bingo.
Loyalty & Rewards
Regular players at Spy Bingo have the benefit of gaining ‘jewels’, which are reward points gained at a rate of 12 per £1 deposited. These will put you straight onto the four-tier rewards plan, which goes from Rookie to Champ.
Rewards on the higher tiers include access to more free bingo, cashback on bingo and slots, free tickets for the monthly 10k bingo jackpot and free spins. It’s a nice little mixture of goodies and could be worth a lot.
