Jingle Bingo is a fun site and really has a lot to offer, it just doesn’t go that extra mile to stand out from the crowd. You can have a great time here and there’s plenty to find and experiment with. Quality is high overall, but those who arrive hoping for some special Christmassy fun may be disappointed. Maybe we were bad this year?

Design & Usability
Jingle Bingo has, as you’d expect, a full-on Christmas theme. The main page is quite slim, leaving room for a big background showing Santa in his charming log cabin, with a very cheeky looking Rudolph. It’s a nice design and has quality to it, but it’s only a background and a colour scheme when it comes down to it. Don’t expect lots of Christmassy extras, but if you’re in the mood to be jolly, this is the place to go!
Otherwise the layout is pretty standard but very usable. There are no broken links or graphics and it’s easy to find your way around, though the slim design may not be everyone’s cup of egg nog.
Software & Gameplay
Jingle Bingo loads fast thanks to Dragonfish software, presenting a neat lobby which capitalises well on the space, with animated tiles and a ticker showing the latest info. You get a Christmassy background too.
The bingo game is introduced by a tutorial and it’s easy to change your settings. You can change a lot of preferences, such as autodaub. The chat window is large and though the community is a little small, you should have no problem finding chatters and hosts.
Safety & Security
Jingle Bingo offers industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your personal information, plus the site has a secure certificate. The site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Government of Gibraltar.
You also have a thorough responsible gaming page and information about how they preserve fair play, which is supported by the eCOGRA fair play stamp.
Payments & Withdrawals
Jingle Bingo accepts a good selection of payment methods. Here you can use MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards, or if you prefer to go electronic, they accept PayPal, Neteller, PaySafeCard and Entropay. Wire transfer is also an option.
Banking is very easy thanks to a pop-up window with big, clear icons. You should find it faster after the first time too, as your details will be securely stored. The minimum withdrawal is fairly reasonable at £20 but does seem to take a little over average to arrive, 4-7 days for cards.
Customer Support
Use the links at the page bottom to find contact information, or there’s a small link in the FAQs. There’s tons of information to help new players on all bingo sites, but it does take a few clicks to find support here.
Jingle Bingo offers phone, email and chat support, the latter being a help room within bingo, not true live chat. It’s a decent enough system but it would be nicer if the phones were open 24/7 to give you more choice at night, but they are open until 1am. The team seem to be friendly and knowledgeable.
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s a good if a little confusing welcome bonus at Jingle Bingo, offering a 300% cash match on your first deposit, up to £105. This is split between bingo and games, with the bingo site having a 4x wagering requirement and the general games portion having an 80x requirement. It’s a shame to complicate matters this way but still, it’s free cash to try the site with.
The other site promotions are fun and interesting but not all that original, nor are they anything to do with the theme. There are two big monthly jackpots to go for and Sure Win where you’re guaranteed to win a prize when you play.
Device Compatibility
There is no mobile page at Jingle Bingo, which would be a nice touch to let players know where to go, but still you can access the site via your mobile or tablet browser. This should be compatible with most devices.
The mobile page is very compact and sleek. You have access to all the same games and the bingo is very well presented. You can even join in chat. Overall, it’s a very smart mobile site.
Variety & Originality
90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line bingo awaits you at Jingle Bingo. More types would be nice, but the rooms you do have are very distinct and have a fun atmosphere. They use artwork and special chat games to give each one a sense of theme, plus there are free bingos, jackpot rooms and networked games. The only thing missing is a room that’s actually themed to Jingle Bingo.
The same can be said of the slots, a broad selection with high quality software but nothing unique.
Loyalty & Rewards
Jingle Bingo uses a four-tier loyalty programme where you advance by depositing, to earn Jewels. These take you through the various ranks and grant more little extras as rewards. There is no special VIP level with the full luxury treatment, however.
The rewards here include cashback on bingo and slots (15% and 10% at the top level) and free spins (15 at the top level, not that many really for a month!). You also get tickets for the monthly 10k bingo and more tangibly, access to free bingo rooms.
