Amazing Bingo Verdict
Amazing Bingo is sadly only amazing on the surface. The bingo games are lacklustre and the software is a little clunky, or at least it feels that way compared to the very modern design of the main site. Such a good-looking site should be given more advanced games and some nice extras like a full VIP system. As it stands it’s worth checking out for the fun promotions, but not really a keeper.

Design & Usability
We love to see an effort go into a site’s appearance and this is no exception. Amazing Bingo (which is cleverly a .bingo domain, making it amazing.bingo) has a strange theme of dragons and floating islands in the sky. This theme works well and uses some very nice artwork in conjunction with subtle animation and a long home page with vertical scrolling. The overall impression is appealing and interesting.
Navigation is easy thanks to a set of buttons at the top, with each page having the same fun artwork and a kind of transparent feel, making a change from the usual blocks of solid colour you see on bingo sites. Points all round for a new design and interesting artwork.
Software & Gameplay
Somewhat disappointingly, the Amazing Bingo software is the same as you’ll get on most Jumpman sites, despite the advanced and interesting main site. Your lobby is a pretty basic affair with games at the bottom and info at the top, but little artwork.
The bingo itself is very basic and doesn’t look like it’s from the same site as the home page, apart from using the themed background. Chat has plenty of options but it seems to be very quiet, on the verge of death, with no hosts in the early evening.
Safety & Security
Amazing Bingo is lacking a fully approved security certificate for your incoming connection, but they do have full SSL encryption to protect your transactions and personal information. They also have the SQS certification for software that has been tested for fairness.
The site has a responsible gaming section with some useful guidelines. The site is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
Banking is easy here thanks to a simple form built into the site. Once you’re registered it will barely take moments and you have some quick buttons too. Minimum withdrawal is a bit high at £30 and it can take up to 14 working days, way over average.
You do not have any e-wallet options here at all, only debit and credit cards, which may put some players off.
Customer Support
The help page is easily located from a top right button, but it’s actually very simple and just invites you to get in touch. FAQs open on a new page and they cover a lot of topics, but they could be better presented. As it stands it’s just a wall of text.
You can email the team or use a phone number, but this is only available from 9.30 to 6pm. The site lacks live chat, though there is a help room within chat. Without evening phone lines, there is something of a support gap there.
Bonuses & Promotions
Amazing Bingo does a great job with promotions, offering some different things and presented them well with bespoke artwork for each. The promotions are shows in little clouds with images above. The welcome bonus is the same as that on other sites in this network; instead of a cash match, your £10 first deposit gets you a spin on the wheel. This can reward you with free spins on the slots or free bingo tickets, from 20 to 500! Like it or not, at least it’s different and interesting.
Other promotions include Fortune Fountain, a £500 linked jackpot each quarter and £50 guaranteed jackpots on Saturday nights. The offerings a nice and feel a bit different but do note that they are found on other Wheel of Slots network sites.
Device Compatibility
Amazing Bingo is lacking a mobile page to tell you about connecting on other devices, plus there’s no app available. You can connect on a mobile or tablet browser however and should have no problem using the same login details.
The mobile site is nicely made and presented, but it doesn’t offer a great deal of functionality or particularly represent Amazing Bingo. There’s also no chat.
Variety & Originality
The variety could stand to be better at Amazing Bingo, as could originality. They use the same games as most Wheel of Slots sites, without anything unique. The variety is limited to 90 ball and 75 ball, with no special games; in fact, there’s two regular rooms, then free bingo and four jackpot rooms, with some networked jackpots. A fair offering, just nothing very exciting.
The slots are hit and miss here but there’s plenty of them, so you’re likely to find something you like.
Loyalty & Rewards
This site is lacking any VIP or loyalty system, or certainly doesn’t mention any. The only reference is that climbing the VIP scheme will result in a more rewarding Wheel of Spins, which is a game that gives you some free spins for the slot games, like the welcome bonus. How this scheme works in practise is not revealed!
