UK-Bingo Verdict
There’s really nothing to make UK Bingo stand out from other Dragonfish brands, and because of the dull homepage design and lack of any branding throughout the rest of the site, we’d advise you to join a more established, livelier, and up-to-date Cassava bingo offering such as Wink or 888Ladies.

Design & Usability
The design of UK Bingo is very basic, and there’s a lot of unused space surrounding the main pages (we’re talking a good five inches each side). The backdrop uses a blue to purple colour fade, and the only real branding is the Union Jack flag in the logo, which is oddly accompanied by a blonde female in a black mini-dress posing on top of a bingo ball.
The homepage doesn’t give you much information bar the types of games available and the current progressive jackpot totals. There’s also a banner advertising the welcome offer, which is rather misleading as the words “£100 FREE” are much larger than the text “receive up to”. We were also surprised to find that no link to the welcome bonus terms and conditions is included, and you can’t view further details of the offer without registering.
The main menu uses the standard Dragonfish format, which includes Register, Promotions, Games, Winners, Loyalty, and Contact Us.
Overall, the site is long overdue an update and one wonders whether it exists purely because Cassava was eager to snap up the uk-bingo.net domain name before another operator did.
Software & Gameplay
The Dragonfish software used to power UK Bingo has its good points and bad points. The good are that it’s effortless and pretty much foolproof to use, it’s reliable, it’s reassuringly familiar if you’ve played at other Cassava Enterprises bingo sites, and it offers stacks of slots and instant games. It also lets you pre-buy game cards and personalise several in-game options such as your dabber and sound effects. The not-so-good points are that it only offers you three bingo variants (90-ball, 75-ball, and 5-line), and there are very few 5-line games in comparison to the other two types.
The bingo rooms are usually pretty quiet, and although there are chat hosts available, it’s simply not lively enough for our liking.
Safety & Security
Although UK Bingo has a dated appearance, its owners have at least kept it up-to-date with safety and security features. It’s licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission, has an eCOGRA certificate, uses a secure URL throughout, securely transfers your data via SSL encryption software, and uses a random number generator.
Payments & Withdrawals
One area where UK Bingo performs particularly well is payment options. There are many to choose from including traditional credit and debit cards, Paypal, Paysafecard, Neteller, Entropay, and Wire Transfer. Cashing out is simple, but as withdrawal requests aren’t processed for 48 hours and only on working days, it can take up to ten days to get your money.
Customer Support
Help is available 24/7 via telephone (free within the UK) and the online help room. You can also contact the customer service agents via email, and they endeavour to respond to queries with 48 hours.
Bonuses & Promotions
As we mentioned earlier, it’s hard to find details of the welcome offer and as such, we’ve deducted one star from this category’s rating.
There’s no bonus available for non-funded players, but there’s a 100% welcome bonus of up to £100 when you make your first deposit of at least £10, which you must play through four times before making a withdrawal request.
The promotions page includes the standard Cassava Enterprises offerings such as jackpot games like The Big £10k, Grab a Grand, and Sure Win 2. You can also play for free spins in “WOW!” penny games from Sunday to Thursday, and loyalty point prizes in the 2 Million Race.
Device Compatibility
There’s no information regarding a mobile app, but we were able to determine that the mobile version of the website lets you enjoy the same experience as desktop players.
Variety & Originality
The bingo games are the same as many other Cassava sites, and even the rooms have identical names. The same applies to the range of slots and instants, although there are enough of them to entertain you for quite some time! The networked jackpot games offer impressive prizes, but again, once you’ve played them at other Cassava sites, they become rather predictable and lose their appeal. Newbies can play for free for four days after registering in the Quids In room, and there are three other free rooms for funded players who make deposits.
Loyalty & Rewards
UK Bingo doesn’t have a VIP scheme in the sense that there are no personal account managers or invitations to VIP events, but this a four-level loyalty programme. It puts you straight onto Level 1 (Rookie) when you register, and as you earn Jewels by making deposits, you can climb to Levels 2, 3, and 4 (Pro, Master, and Champ). Our only niggle with the system is that your progress is reset each month. There are some reasonably good perks on offer such as 5% to 15% cashback on bingo and slots, and free spins. Plus, Levels 2 and above get free cards to the monthly Big £10k Game where you’re guaranteed to take home a share of the prize pool.
