Touch My Bingo Verdict
It’s frustrating for us, and for any potential players who don’t see this review, that the Touch My Bingo desktop site (where you can sign up as a member but not play games) still advertises bingo in its games lobby. Plus, it might make sense if the operator renamed it to something less misleading. Perhaps, Don’t Touch My Bingo would be more appropriate?
Basically, if you’re looking for bingo, you’ll need to go elsewhere (N.B., we recommend looking at our four and five-star reviews), but if you’re happy just to play casino games and slots, it’s a good, mobile-friendly option.

Design & Usability
Touch my Bingo uses a simple mobile-friendly design, which includes both pink and blue colours to attract players of both sexes. There’s a “Log In” button at the top-right, and a menu button at the top-left under which sit Offers, Winners, Responsible Gambling, My Statement, Help, and About Us. Underneath these is a handy section explaining how to go about making a deposit, and next, there’s the games lobby, which you can browse by All, Slots, Jackpot, and Table Games. We also like that the current jackpot values are listed against each of the progressive jackpot slots so that you can decide whether or not to play them.
However, we quickly discovered that you can only make deposits and access your account by launching a game and accessing a different menu system, which is rather confusing. Plus, we couldn’t find any trace of the promised one-minute bingo game on the mobile website.
Software & Gameplay
Touch My Bingo uses Probability Software as does Lady Lucks and Moobile Games. Considering that IGT has taken over the company which owns Probability, we weren’t surprised to find that the software is both easy to use, quick to load, and well-designed. The promotions are similar to those on offer at the two casinos we’ve just mentioned, but none of the games are networked with the exception of the progressive jackpot slots.

Touch My Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and is certified by Gamcare. The quality and safety of the software has been independently tested by NMi. Your account is PIN protected and only your phone/tablet can be used to access your account. The operator allows you to choose from the following banking methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Boku (Pay by Phone), Solo, Paypal, and Paysafecard. While it’s good to see Boku, Paypal, and Paysafecard listed, we believe that the addition of Skrill and Neteller would be beneficial.
You can deposit between £10 and £1,000 per transaction, and withdraw £10 to £20,000 per day. Withdrawal requests are processed within three to five working days.
Customer Support
You can contact the team by telephone, email, post, or text. The support hours are not listed and, therefore, in our bid to track down the elusive bingo game, we decided to put the customer support team to the test by sending them an email at 7.30AM. With 35 minutes, we received a (non-automated) acknowledgement saying that our query had been passed across to another team, and after just over an hour in total, we got a helpful answer to our question.
Bonuses & Promotions
Touch My Bingo offers some excellent bonuses and promotions. For starters, you can get a £5 free bonus with no deposit required by entering your mobile number on the desktop site or signing up via the mobile site.
You can also enjoy rewards when you become a funded player. With your first deposit of £10 or more, you can get a 100% bonus (of up to £150); with your second deposit of £10 or above, you can claim a 100% bonus (of up to £50), and with your third deposit of at least £10, you can get a 100% bonus (of up to £25). All of these bonuses must be wagered 50 times before a withdrawal can be made, and you won’t be eligible for the offers if you make your deposits via your mobile or landline phone bill.
Every in-game menu includes a link called “Tell a mate, get £20”, and it lets you invite your friends to join Touch My Bingo by entering their name and phone number. If they accept your invitation and go on to deposit, you’ll be credited automatically with a £20 bonus.
As well as regularly changing seasonal offers, the operator also runs exclusive competitions and bonus offers on its Facebook page.
Device Compatibility
All of Probability’s bingo games are made in-house, and many of the slots you’ll find at Touch My Bingo are made by Probability too. Probability is known for its superior HD graphics, and because its software uses the latest HTML5 technology, you can play all of its games on a variety of handheld devices including Android smartphones and tablets, iPhones, and iPads.
Variety & Originality
So, it turns out (according to our helpful friend, Walter, from the customer services team) that the one-minute bingo game “has been decommissioned long ago from the website, and we no longer offer this bingo game”. Rather gutting considering the name of the site, wouldn’t you say?
So, Touch My Bingo only allows you to ‘touch’ mobile slots and casino games.
To try and remain positive, the lobby does contain a heck of a lot of choices. There are Probability slots including progressive jackpot slots such as Money Beach, Loopy Lotto, and Reindeer Readies, and stacks of IGT slots such as Hexbreaker 2, Masques of San Marco, Wolf Run, Cats, and Miss Red. You can also play table games like Blackjack, Roulette, Jacks or Better, and Double Bonus Poker. Just no bingo…
Loyalty & Rewards
The only reference we could find about VIP and/or loyalty rewards was in the terms and conditions. They state that you may be invited to join the Touch My Bingo VIP Club, which has different levels, and the benefits of the programme are dependent on your activity on the site. Your VIP membership may be revoked if you fail to meet the minimum deposit requirements within an eight-week period. Due to the lack of further information, we are unable to award more than two stars for this category.
