Bingonanza Verdict
Bingonanza was a surprise to us, with that certainly not being a good thing, as the site does absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. From the games all the way through to the VIP programme, this bingo platform is simply dull throughout. In fact, it’s even dull to the point where a barrage of bumper bonus offers can’t save it.
If you want our advice, sidestep Bingonanza and look to play somewhere else, as this is one online bingo platform that is more of a let down than anything else.

Design & Usability
The design of Bingonanza is actually pretty good, as the green, white, and blue colour scheme works pretty well, even if it is hardly unique. Ditching a lot of the usual over the top clichés, it would probably be fair to say that Bingonanza has a rather inoffensive appearance.
Bingonanza’s look and appearance is generally a case of “it is what it is”, but the actual layout of the site does have a few snags. Many of the page layouts are clunky and don’t really allow for smooth transitions between one part of the site too another. For example, the FAQ reads fairly poorly, while actually finding games of interest can be a bit of a struggle at times.
Software & Gameplay
Bingonanza has made such a splash in North America that it’s clear that there were many in the UK were expecting a similar experience. Sadly, this has proved to be anything but the case, with the software and gameplay here leaving a lot to be desired.
When we were putting Bingonanza through its paces, we found the rooms to be more or less empty, which meant that gameplay is uninspiring at best. Chat moderators do what they can, but there is so little here to work with that things just can’t help but fall flat.
Considering that Bingonanza is a Parlay Games product, we honestly expected better, as boring bingo is something that we just can’t get our head around.
Safety & Security
One thing that you can be sure of is that Bingonanza is at minimum secure, as the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licenses the site. In terms of fair play, while we are sure that Bingonanza is an upstanding platform, a little more information on the matter would have been nice.
Payments & Withdrawals
Bingonanaza does offer plenty of choice when it comes to cashier options, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Ukash, Skrill, Neteller, Solo, Switch, and Paysafecard, but it’s all down hill from there.
You figuratively have to jump through hoops in order to make a withdrawal request, battling against a £50 minimum cashout requirement along the way. Making matters worse, it takes up to a week to complete a withdrawal, which is pretty poor to say the very least.
Customer Support
Bingonanza is a rare breed, in the sense that it pushes forward a “Pledge”, which details the brand’s outlook and its commitment to players. While this certainly makes for a good reading, it’s simply a diversion for what is an extremely poor set of customer service options.
From glancing over the FAQ all we could take away from it was that the site made use of a ticketing system. So, any player who requires instant support at Bingonanza is pretty much out of luck.
Yes, they do address fair play measures on site and the FAQ does cover various topics, but in our eyes that simply isn’t enough.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bingonanza has some very clear faults, but it does at least pick up the slack somewhat when it comes to bonuses and promotions. The welcome bonus here is actually one of the more impressive we’ve encountered as of late, as it’s a triple-header deal. Between deposits one and three you can get your hands on up to 1,000% in matched bonus cash.
The featured promotions, while limited in number, are actually fairly original, as Bingonanza do like tie in what they offer to a season or specific event. For example, while conducting this review we found the ‘Pay My Christmas Bills/£1,000’ nightly bingo promotion to be pretty engaging.
Device Compatibility
When it rains it pours, as Bingonanaza is an absolute disaster on the device compatibility front. If, for whatever reason, you want to play Bingonanza on the move you are going to be left completely out of luck. There is no app to speak of, nor is there any dedicated mobile site.
Any player that wants to use Bingonanza on the move is going to need to have plenty of patience, because using the full desktop site on a mobile device is cumbersome at best.
Variety & Originality
While Bingonanza isn’t completely devoid of variety and originality, it is hardly an industry trailblazer either. The site offers 90, 75 and 80 ball games, as well as a few chat games and a suite of mini casino titles. To be honest, i’s all pretty standard on the games front here, with the lack of depth is a bit of an issue.
When it comes to game choice, Bingonanza can simply be described as “okay”, with the brand certainly needing to do more if it wants to become a real bingo fan favourite.

Wrapping up a pretty poor online bingo experience is a VIP programme that lacks any real appeal. Split across 7 different levels, which is way too many in our book, each step you take is attributed to how many loyalty points you can secure.
Boring, drab, and doing very little to keep you interested, Bingonanza need to take a second crack at its VIP programme, as this offering really isn’t good enough.
