Bingo Palace Verdict
Bingo Palace is a fun site, but it’s lacking in certain key areas. More games would be great, though the Bazingo free bingo tournament game is really good. The site itself needs some tinkering to become easier to navigate, plus it has some annoying pop-up messages. A really strong set of fun and interactive promotions makes this site stand out.

Design & Usability
Bingo Palace starts strong with a full-page background showing iconic London landmarks, the London Eye and Big Ben. They have a nice, big scrolling graphic to display promotions too. On the downside, this graphic appears on most pages, so it does get in the way somewhat.
The site is a little difficult to use. We found links very slow to respond and some didn’t appear to change much when clicked. Registering was also something of a trial. The site certainly needs some updating behind the scenes.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo Palace uses the Parlay software and starts you with a simple on-page menu instead of a lobby. The software runs significantly faster than the main site and the rooms look good, with a clearly bingo game that has subtle animations. There are lots of little controls scattered around, so it’s quite fun personalising the screen.
Your chat window is on the left and it’s pretty large, with quick buttons for emojis. We found a host very easily and they were helpful, but chat itself was very quiet. This is bound to change during the chat parties.
Safety & Security
Bingo Palace is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, so there’s nothing to worry about on that front. You’ll also find that they have a good responsible gaming section and clear privacy policy.
Your information is encrypted here but some more details would be nice. Also, not all of the site’s pages are covered by the security certificate, so this needs updating.
Payments & Withdrawals
Bingo Palace has a pretty straightforward depositing system, built into the main site. You can easily pick your amount and method and enter a promotional code if you have one. Withdrawing is just as easy.
This site accepts a broad range of payment methods. You can use the usual credit and debit cards like Visa and MasterCard, or you have Skrill, Neteller, PaySafeCard and even Visa iCheque. A good selection there that should cover most players.
Customer Support
The site’s help section includes an FAQ, which is very thorough but not laid out very well. There’s also a useful section detailing how to play, for newcomers, which is always a good touch. Unfortunately, contacting the site is a little less clear. There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated contact page.
You can use email which you’ll find in the FAQs, or there’s a ticket system where you can submit a request for help. Sadly, the site seems to lack phone or live chat support.
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s a good mixture of promotions on Bingo Palace, split into featured promotions, daily network promotions, bingo specials and weekly specials. You’ll see bingo tournaments which award cash to the top players on the site, which is good fun but of course excludes a lot of day to day players. Fortunately, they also offer some more fun and light-hearted promos like a ‘Dear Santa’ letter, which involves players writing a real letter saying what they wish for; the best wins £35. It’s always good to see some creative ideas. There are many more promotions here, including daily chat parties- a really good offering.
New players can claim bonus worth 1,000%, split over 200% on first deposit, 250% on second and 400% on third, plus a 50% deposit rebate on each. They do not appear to put a wagering requirement on these, but they do reserve the right to.
Device Compatibility
There is no mobile page here to tell you about device compatibility, but you can access the site via your mobile browser. You’ll find a pretty neat mobile version of the site, which still has their branding and layout, just streamlined.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the bingo itself, the offering is pretty poor. The page is not well optimised and very hard to use, as you can’t easily zoom in on the buttons.
Variety & Originality
The variety is poor here, but originality is high! You only get a handful of bingo games at any time, which all appear to be 90 ball. It’s quite hard to find more information on other rooms that might not be currently open. These rooms do include link games and of course chat parties. There’s a decent set of slots, not many though, with quality varying quite a bit.
What this site does have is Bazingo, a free bingo tournament you’ll read about in many of our Parlay bingo site reviews. You have an enhanced bingo game where cards can reveal power-ups that boost your coin total, with the best scores earning cash prizes. This is a really fun system and it’s not seen outside of Parley sites. Very clever.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is a loyalty program here, hidden away in the FAQ section. You gain loyalty points as you play, rising through seven levels, from Bronze to Double Diamond VIP. The points required are clearly given on the FAQ page and each new tier unlocks various deposit bonuses. You can also exchange your loyalty points for bonus funds; for example, 1,100 points makes a 25 bonus.
The site also has birthday bonuses, but makes no mention of full VIP treatment.
