Bingo Chimp Verdict
Bingo Chimp is essentially a default bingo site; nothing special here, but nor is it bad or low quality. The areas they are good at, such as customer support, are enough to make this a great beginner’s site. You won’t be bamboozled by the theme or by complicated promotions and there are enough games for you to get stuck in. Chimp and cheerful!

Design & Usability
The site design here is nice, but not spectacular. They have a cute blue chimp mascot, swinging around in the jungle. This looks good but it’s just for the home page, don’t expect anything else to this theme.
On the plus side, the site may be pretty close to a stock template, but it is very well put together. The home page has an animated tile telling you about the welcome offers. Each site section is clearly labelled and looks good. Little touches like ratings for the games help you pick one out. Well-presented and functional, just not unique. A couple of missing pages on the promotions section let the site down, however.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo Chimp has a built-in lobby so you don’t get a swanky pop-up but you can easily check out the room list. The software used here is a little basic visually, but actually has a lot of useful options like volume controls, quick buttons on chat and a direct live help link.
Chat here is very good; in fact, you can find busy rooms and chatters even in the daytime, along with hosts playing games.
Safety & Security
Bingo Chimp’s security is provided by the trusted, well-known brand Trustwave. They also have the iTech Labs hallmark for a fairly tested random number generator, the kit at the heart of any gambling site.
This site also has good responsible gaming guidelines with links to helpful organisations. The site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
There is a simple depositing page here which is really just a short series of fields to fill in; very quick and easy. Withdrawing is just the same and you should find them quick to process.
Payment methods accepted include credit and debit cards, plus PaySafeCard, Boku Mobile Payments and Neteller. A good set but missing some important e-wallets.
Customer Support
You can find the help section easily from the main navigation bar, where you get a really nice little contact page which is clearly laid out, not just a mass of text as described in some of our bingo reviews. The options here include live chat, phone and email, all available 24/7. You can even raise a helpdesk ticket.
Live chat can also be reached from a floating button on other pages. In addition, the staff are welcoming and quick. A really good customer support setup here.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus at Bingo Chimp is £40 on your first deposit of £10, which is a pretty nice offer. Thanks to the generous Cozy deposit system you can actually claim up to 500% bonuses, though of course this would have a big wagering requirement (4x, which is average).
The site hardly has any other promotions, unfortunately, just a subset of typical Cozy site offers. You can claim weekly cashback and go for jackpot bingo games, but there’s nothing special.
Device Compatibility
Bingo Chimp has a mobile page which you can access using your phone or tablet browser. The game selection is cut down a little but still includes 50+ slots and all the bingo. Navigating is pretty easy but you may have to zoom a little. Mobile bingo is sadly missing chat.
The site has a dedicated mobile page to tell you how to find all this, which is great for newcomers and those who aren’t tech-savvy.
Variety & Originality
When it comes to variety, Bingo Chimp has a good mixture of bingo types. This includes 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball. While there are various prices and pots available, these are standard Cozy rooms so if you’re a member anywhere else, this won’t impress. The site has some big jackpot rooms and a free bingo to keep you interested.
The slots selection is pretty broad here, but only a few like Dog ‘n’ Roll really stand out.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty system at Bingo Chimp is hidden away in the FAQs. It’s very basic and just involves earning loyalty points as you play, which you can later redeem for credit. As ever, points earned depend on the games you play.
This is just a bog-standard system and doesn’t provide much incentive. There is no mention of true VIP treatment.
