What we recommend instead
Bingo Magix Verdict
Bingo Magix offers you a varied selection of high-quality games, as well as some unique bingo variants. The welcome offers are bigger than most operators’, and there’s an excellent range of both ongoing and seasonal offers to help you get more out of your membership.

Design & Usability
The Latin-style font and average graphics make Bingo Magix look rather dated, but despite its old-fashioned appearance, it’s very much a 21st-century site that boasts a great mobile platform.
The homepage features a green and pink colour scheme, and a magician’s hat filled with bingo balls, and the menu system allows you to access the Bingo, Casino, Mobile, Promotions, Community, and Blog pages.
We like that the website doesn’t use scrolling banners as it makes it much easier to see what bonuses are on offer thanks to the single ad that occupies the top third of the screen. Lower down, you’ll find a mini games lobby and a quick launch button that takes you directly to the lobby. You can also access your account at any point by using the button at the top-right of the page.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo Magix runs on Cozy Games software, but as the site’s part of the Lucky Duck Network, you won’t find the same games and promotions on offer as typical Cozy sites like Landmark Bingo which belong to the LBN network.
Instead, you’ll find busy rooms when players can choose from 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, and 50-ball games, including fast-paced speed bingo games. There are also linked games which run across the Lucky Duck Network (which includes Magix’s sister site, Game Village) including Friday and Saturday night Super Games. Plus, there’s a unique game variant called Elimination Bingo where the fewer the numbers you mark off your card, the better your chances of winning are.
Safety & Security
Bingo Magix is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure its games give fair and random results. It also employs a secure URL throughout the site and uses SSL technology to encrypt your sensitive information.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can fund your Bingo Magix account via Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Paysafecard, Neteller, or UKash.
You may deposit between £10 and £500 per transaction.
The withdrawal policy seems rather strict as it states that you can’t make a withdrawal request until five working days after your first deposit. You’ll also need to have deposited at least £25 to your account, and you can only submit one withdrawal request every three working days. We also feel that the minimum withdrawal amount of £25 is on the high side while the maximum weekly withdrawal limit of £500 is too low. The operator aims to process withdrawals within three working days.
Customer Support
To get help, you can start a live chat session, email, or raise a support ticket. What you can’t do is pick up the phone and talk to an agent. We’re not sure why this is, but it seems rather odd that such a popular support method from other bingo sites has been omitted.
Bonuses & Promotions
If you’ve yet to experience Bingo Magix, you’re in a for real treat because the operator’s welcome offers are exceptionally generous. For starters, you can claim £10 just by signing up (i.e. you don’t need to make a deposit), and if you later decide to become a funded player, you can claim a 600% bingo bonus or a 200% casino bonus on your first deposit of £10. Deposit bonuses have 4x bingo and 40x slots wagering requirements.
The other promotions are broken down into categories for Newbies, Deposit Specials, Weekly, Monthly, and Specials.
The Newbie promotions include a free spin on the Fortune Wheel when you deposit £10, a £5 bonus for liking Magix on Facebook, and free access to the Village Café room for your first seven days.
The weekly and monthly offers range from £250 Tuppenny Treat games and 22% casino cashback to Supergames (which are similar to the Virtue Fusion network’s BingoLinx games).
Device Compatibility
If you’d like to play your favourite Bingo Magix games away from home, you can get started immediately by visiting the site with your mobile browser. As the Mobile page explains, the site is compatible with iPhone, Android, iPad, and Windows devices, and you can enjoy 90-ball, 80-ball, and 75-ball games as well as a large suite of instant games.
Variety & Originality
Bingo Magix lets you enjoy four bingo variants (90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, and 50-ball) including the Lucky Duck network’s exclusive Elimination Bingo and SuperGames. There are eight rooms to choose from, which is an average amount, and free bingo is frequently available in the Chip Van room.
Slots and casino games fans are also amply catered for thanks to an extensive selection of slots and table games from Eyecon, Microgaming, and Cozy Games, including Avalon, Max Damage, Mermaids Millions, European Blackjack, Jacks or Better, and Keno.
Loyalty & Rewards
The Loyalty Loot rewards programme is open to all funded players and consists of five different loyalty levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). As you make deposits to your account, you earn free entries into Magix’s monthly prize draws, and at the three highest levels, you’ll qualify for between 5% and 10% cashback (up to a maximum of £100).
In our opinion, the programme offers you some value, but it’s purely based on the amount each roomie spends rather than how regularly or how long they’ve been playing at the site, and there aren’t that many perks on offer.
