Top Ten Bingo Verdict
Top Ten Bingo is a very bare-bones site which is lacking in several areas. While you can certainly have a good play here and you might want to claim your bonuses, you won’t find a lot of chatters (you may have some joy in the evenings) and you won’t find interesting promotions. The site doesn’t even look like much. For those who play Top Ten bingo back in the real world, there might be more to glean from this site.

Design & Usability
Top Ten Bingo has a compact layout which makes it look a little dated, but it’s good for seeing everything quickly. They don’t really go in for artistic design, just a bold red and white colour scheme. The site has some nice extras like a community page to help you learn the ropes and meet chat hosts (though only one is listed).
You’ll also find a map page which tells you where all the land-based Top Ten clubs can be found. The site is easy to get around, just not that pretty. You can register and log in on the top left, but unfortunately this site insists that you register a card to look around.
Software & Gameplay
Top Ten Bingo has Dragonfish software on its side, so you’re assured of a certain degree of quality. The lobby is a little bland with just a plain blue background, but it’s effective. You can easily reach your account information and pick bingo rooms from a set of tabs.
The bingo game looks good with soft colours and rounded edges, but it isn’t exactly cutting edge. A simple, effective offering that you can’t go far wrong with. Unfortunately, finding chatters and hosts seems to be an uphill struggle.
Safety & Security
This site is mostly up to scratch, but they could do with updating their security certificate. Still, you do have the protection of SSL encryption for your personal information and transactions. The site is fully licensed and regulated, by the UK Gambling Commission and the Government of Gibraltar.
You will find responsible gaming information here, plus a privacy policy page to explain how they use your information. They have the eCOGRA seal of approval for fairness.
Payments & Withdrawals
There is a pop-up cashier at Top Ten Bingo which you can find in your My Account area. This is a distinctly newer part of the site and is actually very easy to use, with a series of big buttons and icons. You can pay online or by wire transfer. There is a minimum withdrawal of £30, a little high, plus it may take up to 8 days to reach your account.
The site accepts credit and debit cards, PaySafeCard or PayPal. They could really use some more options here, though it’s good to see PayPal.
Customer Support
Clicking the help button takes you to a very simple contact page, which may not be pretty but it is neat and useful. You have a phone number for the primary method, but this is not 24/7. Lines are open 10am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, free for UK landlines.
There’s also an email address (two actually, for different needs) and a useful FAQ page. They do not have any live chat sadly, but do invite players to ask chat hosts for help.
Bonuses & Promotions
The promotions at Top Ten Bingo are very limited indeed. You can take part in some guaranteed jackpot games, which promise over £100,000 given out in bingo winnings each month. A big jackpot of £2,000 can be won each Friday night. Unfortunately, that’s about it, apart from gaining loyalty points or referring a friend.
The welcome bonus is a decent 200%, up to a maximum of £100. This comes with a pretty standard four-times wagering requirement. A decent welcome bonus, but overall this site has nothing special.
Device Compatibility
Unfortunately, Top Ten Bingo does not have mobile bingo functionality. They have no apps and the site does not present a mobile optimised version when accessed through mobile. You could connect using a laptop but that’s about it.
Variety & Originality
Top Ten Bingo does not have a huge amount of variety. You can play 90 ball, 75 ball and a 5-line bingo game. There are just a couple of rooms for each type, plus a VIP room. On the plus side, there are five free bingo games here, including a newbie-only room. The most interesting room is probably the Big Bingo Party which opens for a couple of hours each night.
Slots vary in quality but there’s a huge amount to choose from. Some highlights include Shaman’s Dream and Fluffy Favourites, which you will see throughout the web. A good offering overall.
Loyalty & Rewards
Top Ten Bingo does not have a VIP system, just a standard loyalty points system. This does not have any tiers or special rewards, you can simply earn them for playing and then cash them in for some bonus credit. You can get a boost by referring a friend or winning points in chat.
A very basic loyalty system which is better than nothing, but worse than the majority of sites.
