Real Deal Bingo Verdict
The lack of wagering requirements on bonuses is likely to work extremely well in Real Deal Bingo’s favour at attracting and retaining members. And, the guaranteed jackpot games and vast selection of slots should also work in the brand’s favour. However, the minimum withdrawal amount of £35, uninspiring theme, and lack of bingo variants may hinder its chances of success.

Design & Usability
Unlike its sister site, Blighty Bingo, Real Deal fails to pack a punch with its homepage and theme. Both the background and logo are black and gold, but there’s very little else in the way of images to grab the reader’s attention.
At least the welcome offer is clearly advertised along with an easy 3-step explanation of how to go about claiming it, and thanks to the concise top menu, it’s relatively hassle-free to find your way around.
A link to the Help page is included in the menu, and there’s a prominent “Join Now” button in the centre of the screen.
All in all, the Real Deal Bingo website is easy to use but lacks brand personality and an exciting, welcoming homepage.
Software & Gameplay
Like fellow Mandalay Media site Costa Bingo, Real Deal Bingo runs on Cassava’s Dragonfish software platform, but a more advanced version than typical Dragonfish sites. There’s the option to change the background wallpaper, and there are three tabs that allow you to move between your account, the bingo games, and the promotions. You can also view the current values of the 90-bal and 75-ball progressive jackpots, and play a choice of slots, jackpot slots, and scratch cards via the area on the right-hand side.
Safety & Security
Real Deal Bingo is regulated and licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, as well as the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. The eCOGRA seal of approval for safety and fairness is displayed at the bottom of the website, along with links to problem gambling organisations, and Real Deal’s privacy policy and terms and conditions. SSL encryption is used to protect your financial transactions.
Payments & Withdrawals
The available banking methods are Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Paysafecard, and Neteller. The high withdrawal requirement of £35 and the fact that it can take up to ten working days to receive your funds are not particularly impressive.
Customer Support
You can get help by visiting the online help room which is manned by customer service representatives, or alternatively, you can phone or send an email. As far as we are aware, the telephone service is to 24/7, and the omission of a proper live chat facility is disappointing.
Bonuses & Promotions
Although Real Deal Bingo doesn’t offer a no-deposit bonus, it has a super-generous welcome offer that allows you to pick up £70 of bingo cards and ten free spins when you make your first deposit of just £10 using the promo code listed under the welcome bonus advert on the site’s homepage. Although you can only earn a max of £1 cash with your ten free spins, the amount that you can win with your free game cards does not appear to be capped. And, best of all, neither the free spins nor the welcome bonus come with any wagering requirements, so any prizes you win can be withdrawn immediately. The £70’s worth of bingo cards are allocated as follows: sixty tickets (totalling £30) for the Kaching Game and four tickets (totalling £40) for the monthly Big Bang game.
The other promotions include two monthly guaranteed win games, each offering £2,500 of prizes, Gob Smacked games which run at 9 PM from Sunday to Thursday and award winners with 100 free spins, and free bingo games running every half an hour offering real cash prizes.
Device Compatibility
We were unable to locate an iOS app or any mobile page to help enlighten players regarding mobile device compatibility. There is, however, a mobile-friendly website that you can play via by entering the URL into your tablet or mobile phone’s web browser or searching for Real Deal Bingo in a mobile search engine. The layout is very similar to the desktop version except rather than clicking with a mouse, you simply have to tap and swipe.
Variety & Originality
You can play both 90-ball and 75-ball games at the site and, therefore, it would be good to see more variants on offer. The selection of regular rooms is limited to just five, and not all of them open 24/7. The other rooms include ones for special jackpot games and VIPs. Plus, there are three free bingo rooms, two of which are exclusively for recent depositors.
The selection of slots and instants is good, and includes titles like Hercules: High and Mighty, Titanic, Frozen Inferno, Irish Luck, and Fluffy Favourites.
Loyalty & Rewards
The Ace Club (which can also be seen at Blighty Bingo) is the site’s loyalty rewards system. It consists of fifteen different levels, and as you rise through the tiers, you gain more generous benefits (all of which are wagering requirement-free) including daily free spins, cashback (up to 10%), access to the free VIP rooms, and free tickets for the Big Bang game.
