Bingoroo verdict

Bingoroo, or to call it by the name written at the top of its website – “The Amazing Bingoroo” - is one of several brand new bingo sites from the well-known Cassava Enterprises (888) team. It uses a quirky and fun Australian theme to appeal to players, and offers three types of bingo games (90-ball, 75-ball, and High 5). With a varied selection of bingo room jackpots, slots, and promotions to choose from, you’d think that the site’s newest recruits would be skipping happily around like Aussie kangaroos... Or are they?

design & Usability

Bright, colourful, and Australian-themed is how we’d describe the Bingoroo website. It features fun images of a kangaroo flying around in his airplane and driving around town in a little red sports car with banknotes flying through the air behind him.

The menu is easy to navigate thanks to the large red font, and the latest offers are displayed presentation-style by the site’s kangaroo mascot.

However, although there’s a clear link at the top of the homepage to log in to your existing account, anyone wishing to sign up needs to find the link half-way down that says, “Hop this Way”.

customer Support

As is common with Cassava Enterprises bingo sites, there’s no live chat facility but in place of it, there’s a Live Help room (which is one of the chat rooms you can visit) that’s manned 24/7 by Bingoroo’s agents. You can also get in touch by email or telephone (between 9 AM and 1 AM, from Monday to Sunday).

bonuses & Promotions

While there’s a good selection of bonuses, jackpot games, and competitions to take advantage of at Bingoroo, most of them are networked and also feature at Cassava Enterprises sites like Candis Bingo and Two Fat Ladies. However, there are a few site-exclusives such as Roo’s free-to-play £100 jackpot slots game and a monthly prize draw giveaway. The networked promotions include events like The 2 Million Race, Sure Win, Wow, and The Big £10k.

What we also love is that Bingoroo lets you claim a £5 free bingo no deposit bonus without having to make a deposit so that you can take it for a risk-free test drive. There’s also a 400% first deposit bonus which you can claim as soon as you add £10 or more to your new account. You can claim up to £40 free through this offer, and you’ll need to meet the 4x wagering requirements before you can submit a withdrawal request.

software & Gameplay

Dragonfish software is a common sight at online bingo brands owned by Cassava Enterprises (888), and it’s certainly one of the easiest bingo platforms to use. Both the games lobby and the banking system are very user-friendly and fast-loading, and there’s plenty of related information listed on the Help page should you need any extra assistance.

Although Bingoroo’s a relatively new brand, its rooms are already pretty busy, and the chat moderators do a great job of lightening the mood, and offering players extra opportunities to win via quizzes and chat games.

device Compatibility

If you click the ‘Mobile’ link on the main menu, you’ll find that you can play your favourite Bingoroo games on your iPad, iPhone, or Android tablet or smartphone just by visiting Bingoroo on your chosen device.

safety & Security

Bingoroo is regulated and licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, as well as the Government of Gibraltar. It holds an eCOGRA certificate which indicates it’s a fair and safe operator, and you can get further information regarding responsible gaming, fair play, privacy, and terms and conditions by clicking on the links at the bottom of any page.

The site also uses industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption, a secure URL, and a random number generator.

variety & Originality

90-ball, 75-ball, and High 5 are the three online bingo variants offered by Bingoroo. There are also four free rooms, some of which can be accessed by non-funded players which is good news. We like that there are several jackpot rooms, as well as an extensive line-up of slots, scratch cards and casino games from Eyecon, WMS, IGT, and NetEnt.

Although the variety is good, Bingoroo isn’t all that original, as most of its offerings can be found at its sister sites. There is, however, an exclusive room called Bingo Mix, which opens daily between 6 PM and 9 PM.

payments & Withdrawals

The available banking methods are Paypal, Entropay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paysafecard, and Neteller.

You can deposit between £10 and £1,000 per day, and withdraw £20 to £1,000 per day. Because withdrawal requests are not processed for 48 business hours (during which time, you can choose to reverse them), you won’t receive your funds for three to ten days (depending on your chosen banking method).

VIP Programme

We like that the VIP programme uses a Bingoroo theme, and it allows you to move through four different loyalty levels as you deposit and play: Rookie Roo, Bingo Roo, Cool Roo, and Amazing Roo. It’s also good to see that there are relatively low qualifying requirements for each level. For example, you can jump straight to Level 3 (Cool Roo) by spending just £50. The perks, however, are the same as many of Bingoroo’s sister sites, and they include monthly cashback, access to free games, free spins, and Big £10k Jackpot game tickets.

conclusion

Bingoroo builds on the success of Dragonfish brands like Circus Bingo and Loony Bingo by providing its members with many of its most popular offerings such as The Big £10k jackpot game, loyalty scheme, and friend referral programme, and adds a sprinkling of exclusive offers and games to give you a good reason to stick around.
