Bingo Date Verdict
Bingo Date has great intentions, and a romance-themed online bingo site could well attract plenty of players looking for love and friendship. However, the brand fails to achieve its vision, mainly due to the owners choose to join the Best Bingo Network which means it doesn’t offer any exclusive promotions, unique and themed rooms, or any extra tools (such as private messaging or dating profiles) which could make it stand out. It is possible to use Cozy Games software and belong to a bingo network while also giving your players an exciting and unique experience – we’ve seen it done with Big Heart Bingo and 001 Bingo (both members of the BBN network). So, while we’re not saying it’s impossible to find love at Bingo Date, you’re more likely to want to swipe left than right once you realise there’s not a lot to help you find your soulmate.

Design & Usability
Orange and blue are the predominant colours used on the Bingo Date website, and while the brand’s logo gives a good clue as to its romantic nature (N.B., it includes a red heart), there’s no other imagery that suggests it’s a bingo-come-dating site.
However, its layout is easy to follow as it uses the standard Cozy Games design, which includes a concise main menu, clear login and registration buttons, a preview of the slots and casino lobby, and the upcoming schedule of games.
There’s also an informative introduction to Bingo Date, although it’s situated at the very bottom of the homepage so you could easily overlook it.
Software & Gameplay
Cozy’s software is instantly recognisable, and while it’s pretty basic, it does the job well enough. It’s easy to buy cards and chat to other players, and you can access mini-games from within any of the bingo rooms. There are always active chat moderators and a reasonable number of players online, but we didn’t see any potential romances blossoming.
There are networked jackpot rooms offering prizes of £250 daily, £500 weekly, and £1,000 monthly, and while you can enjoy five bingo variants and over sixty slots, casino games, and scratch cards, there are no exclusive games.
Safety & Security
Bingo Date is licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. At the bottom of every page, you can view the brand’s safety and security credentials such as the RNG test certificate and SSL certificate. There’s also a page regarding responsible gambling which helps you recognise if you have a problem.
Payments & Withdrawals
The following payment methods are available: MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Switch, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, Boku, Maestro, and Ukash. The banking system is easy and quick to use, but you should be aware that you can only submit one withdrawal request every five days.
Customer Support
The friendly and knowledgeable support team can be contacted via email, online support ticket, and live chat. The live chat facility operates 24/7, 7 days a week, and there’s a telephone option coming soon.
Bonuses & Promotions
You can claim a free £15 bonus without having to make a deposit, and a further 400% extra on your first deposit of £10 or more. However, the wagering requirements are higher than a lot of good bingo sites, and require you to play through your bonus and deposit eight times on bingo or twenty times on slots before you can submit a withdrawal request.
Big Heart Bingo offers the standard BBN promotions which cater to a wide range of tastes, but offer nothing unique.
There’s a £15 no-deposit offer that you can claim by verifying a debit or credit card when you register. Plus, there’s a 400% first deposit bonus, and a 300% second and third deposit bonus. With all future deposits, you can choose between 150% cash and a 450% bonus. The wagering requirements are 4x bingo or 10x slots.
There’s also a 300% bonus on offer with both your second and third deposit, and as a regular Bingo Date player, you’ll get to choose between 150% cash or a 450% bonus on all subsequent deposits.
The remaining promotions are the same as other BBN (Best Bingo Network) sites, which is a shame. Plus, there seem to be a lot less to choose from. Currently, you can take part in free daily bingo tourneys, earn free cards for the daily, weekly, and monthly jackpot games when making deposits to your account, purchase session tickets to save money, and claim weekly cashback.
Device Compatibility
There’s no information regarding how to play at Bingo Date on a mobile device, although you can access your account by visiting the Bingo Date website on your mobile phone or tablet. It offers a similar games selection to desktop, but as the chat function is unavailable, it doesn’t provide an equal experience.
Variety & Originality
If you’d like to explore more than just 90-ball bingo, you’ll be pleased to know that Bingo Date also has 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball, and 30 ball (speed) bingo games. There are ten different rooms that use the standard Cozy Games’ names such as City Hall and Buckingham Palace, and ticket prices range between 1p and 50p. There are three jackpot rooms and one free room.
There’s a vast range of casino games, scratch cards, and slots which you can play with BBs or real cash, but no original titles.
Loyalty & Rewards
There’s a VIP Club called the Best Online VIP Lounge that’s very well explained on the Promotions page. However, we have to point out that it’s littered with spelling mistakes.
There are five VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond), and the higher your level, the greater the rewards become. There are twelve potential privileges, and you can see from the VIP table which perks are unlocked at which level. They include birthday treats, free money to try new games, a personal account manager, level-up bonuses, and refer-a-friend rewards.
