What we recommend instead
Bingo Minions Verdict
Although the welcome offer is attractive, the promotions are varied, and wagering requirements are relatively low, there are too many negatives such as the limited amount of payment options, the lack of chat moderators, and the small choice of bingo rooms to make us want to stick around at Bingo Minions long-term.

Design & Usability
Bingo Minions is set in a fantasy theme where all four seasons exist side-by-side. The colourful Minion mascots can be skiing in the mountains, relaxing under palm trees on the beach, and walking across acres of green fields. Blue, green, and pink colours and the cartoon graphics give the site a gender-neutral appearance, and the brief menu system at the top helps you find your way around. The main menu also contains a link to the brand’s Facebook page and there’s an invitation to “Join Now” and claim the welcome offer.
One setback that we encountered is that you can’t take a good look at the games on offer without registering an account.
Software & Gameplay
The 15 Network is supported by Jumpman Gaming software, which is a no-frills platform that seems reliable and fast. When you visit the lobby, you can view the different game types using various tabs such as 90-ball, 75-ball, and Jackpots. We were unable to find any exclusive games, but our main concern is that the bingo rooms do not appear to be moderated which results in players hardly talking to each other.
Safety & Security
Bingo Minions is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and industry-standard security and safety features such as an RNG (Random Number Generator) and SSL encryption are in place. There are also links to information on responsible gaming and privacy listed at the bottom of every page.
Payments & Withdrawals
Like other 15 Network sites, there are only a handful of payment methods to choose from, and they are Visa, Maestro, Solo, Switch, and MasterCard. But, despite the fact that you’re restricted to using a debit or credit card to play at the site, the cashier is relatively hassle-free and fast. You can enter bonus codes as appropriate, and deposit as little as £5 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount of £30 is rather harsh, but at least withdrawal requests are processed within forty-eight hours.
Customer Support
If you need to talk to someone instantly, you can choose live chat or WhatsApp, but both of these services are only available between 9.30 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Friday. There’s also an email address that you can use, but no average response time is advertised.
Bonuses & Promotions
New members of Bingo Minions can claim a 200% non-withdrawable bingo bonus when they make a first deposit of £10 or more. Winnings only need to be wagered four times before they can be converted to real funds, however, the maximum you can convert is £500. You also get a free spin on the Minion’s prize wheel where a further bonus of £5, £10, £20, £30, £35, £40, £45, £50, £75, £100, £200, or £25,000 is guaranteed.
The site operates several ongoing offers as well as monthly specials which are networked. There’s a free bingo deal for newbies which allows you to play daily between 8 PM and 11 PM for your first seven days as a depositing member, the Friday Night Takeaway game where a £50 takeaway voucher is up for grabs, the Pay Day Jackpot game where there are prizes of up to £600 on offer as well as rewards for 1TG, 2TG, and 3TG players.
The Refer A Friend scheme lets you earn 5,000 loyalty points for each friend that joins the site using your personal invitation link and deposits and spends at least £5. You also get loyalty points by playing games with real cash.
Device Compatibility
No mention is made of the fact that you can play at Bingo Minions on mobile devices, but having checked, we can confirm that you can enjoy bingo games, slots, and instant wins by logging into the Bingo Minions website via your device’s web browser.
Variety & Originality
Bingo Minions offers the same line-up of games as its sister sites, and there are relatively few bingo rooms to choose from due to their limited opening hours. There are three free rooms – one for VIPs, one for newbies, and one for funded players. There are four jackpot rooms – Fair & Square, Pay Day, £500 VIP Jackpot, and Friday Fortune, and a Daily Free Spins tab where you can pick up free spins to use on Fluffy Favourites through the VIP system. There are roughly 180 slots, instants, and table games to play including Vampires vs. Werewolves, Pharaoh’s Luck, Neptune’s Gold, $100k Cash Cuisine, European Roulette, Blackjack, and Hero’s Quest.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP scheme has five levels – Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black – and you’re automatically enrolled as soon as you make a deposit. We were unable to find out what the entry requirements are for each of the levels, but the perks that are referred to on the VIP page include cashback, exclusive VIP games and jackpots, higher redeposit bonuses, mystery gifts, and birthday bonuses.
