If you’re going to join a Cozy Games bingo site, Plush Bingo is probably one of the better options as it features the full five bingo variants and the entire range of customer support methods. But if you’re looking for something a little bit special, we suggest that you consider signing up with a standalone bingo brand, or at least a networked one which also offers member some site-exclusive promotions and/or games.

Design & Usability
Rather than looking like your typical online bingo site, Plush more closely resembles a high-end online casino with its gold and black colour scheme and diamond-studded logo.
The main ad banner is fixed (i.e. not scrolling), which makes it easy to spot the no-deposit bonus that has the wagering requirements and a link to the terms and conditions listed underneath it.
The biggest portion of the homepage is given to the bingo schedule, where you can see the various room names, the prize pot values, and the game variants. If you scroll further down, you’ll find a nicely crafted introduction to the site, which explains everything from the brand’s mission, welcome package, and software platform to the different games on offer, licensing and regulation, and mobile play.
Software & Gameplay
Cozy Games sites, which incorporate brands on the Live Bingo Network and Best Bingo Network such as Little Miss Bingo and Swag Bingo, use Cozy’s own software. It’s pretty basic to look at but does the job well, with its biggest plus being the multiple bingo variants it offers (N.B., at Plush, there are five). There aren’t many options you can customise, but you can pre-purchase game cards and enter promotional codes in the lobby.
As Plush was only a week old when this review was carried out, the rooms were rather quiet, but as word gets out, we expect them to get busier.
Safety & Security
Plush Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission.
A Trustwave SSL certificate is used to encrypt all sensitive information prior to transmission, and iTech Labs has certified the site’s Random Number Generator (N.B., the RNG is the software that is used to ensure fair play).
Payments & Withdrawals
You have the option to fund your account using MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Paypal, and Boku (Pay by Phone Bill).
You must deposit at least £10 per transaction, although you can only request a withdrawal of £30 or more which seems unnecessarily high. Also, be warned that you can only withdraw £300 per week, and if you win a slots or bingo progressive jackpot, you’ll only receive £1,000 each week.
Customer Support
Customer support is available around-the-clock via live chat, telephone, online email form, and support ticket.
Bonuses & Promotions
Like its sister sites, Plush is very generous with its bonuses – for players old and new. If you’re about to sign up, you can grab £15 free by adding a valid debit or credit card when you fill in the registration form (N.B., the wagering requirements are 8x bingo or 20x slots).
The Newbie Bonus Boons offer is for funded members, and it gives you 500%, 350% and 300% on your first three deposits respectively. This time, the wagering requirements are 4x bingo or 10x slots.
The Bingo Reward Store lets funded players claim ten free cards for each of the £4 fixed pot bingo games, of which there are five every hour), and with each deposit of £10, you can claim complimentary tickets for the Mega Jackpot and Super Jackpot games. Furthermore, there’s a refer-a-friend scheme, casino cash redeposit offers, and free game cards for players who follow the social media pages listed on the Promotions page.
Terms & Conditions: First deposit only. Min deposit £10. 100% Bonus Match on 1st deposit, max £100 bonus & 100 bonus spins on Starburst. 40x wagering(dep+bonus). 40x on spins, 4x conversion, bonus valid on selected slots. Full T&Cs apply.
Device Compatibility
We’re pleased to see that Plush has a dedicated mobile page on its main menu, which succinctly explains that players with Blackberries, Apple, Windows, and Android mobile devices can sign into their Plush Bingo account and play anywhere, with no download required.
Variety & Originality
You can’t knock the variety of bingo games at Plush. There’s 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball to choose from, all of which you can play at home or on your mobile device. Almost every room has a progressive jackpot, and tickets are very reasonably priced at 1p to 10p. There’s also a good collection of slots and casino games, of which around 75% are made up of Eyecon titles like Fluffy Favourites and Piggy Payout while the remainder are by Microgaming (e.g. Cricket Star, and Avalon II).
The downside of Plush being a Cozy Games brand is that there are no exclusive games or bingo variants, and if you’ve played at a Cozy site previously, you’ll have seen the entire games catalogue before.
Loyalty & Rewards
Plush Bingo uses the standard Live Bingo Network loyalty rewards scheme, which includes four different tiers. Each tier requires you to collect a specific number of loyalty points, and you’ll earn one LP for every £1 you spend on bingo and every £10 you spend on slots. Once you’ve got 500+LPs, you can exchange them for bonus funds or cash.
As the rewards scheme doesn’t offer any real benefits other than loyalty points redemption, and you have to spend a fair bit of money to progress through the system, we don’t feel that it offers players value-for-money. However, you can find several offers that some operators would include in their loyalty/VIP schemes listed on the Promotions page (e.g. free jackpot game cards and redeposit bonuses.
