What we recommend instead
Loony Bingo Verdict
When it comes to Loony Bingo, it’s a case of what’s good is great, but what’s bad is just awful. We won’t say that you’re wrong if you play online bingo here, but we could hardly recommend it either, as other bingo sites are doing what Loony Bingo is doing, just slightly better.

Design & Usability
In terms of design, Loony Bingo is owed a lot of praise. The theme of the website is one of pure fun, with an emphasis clearly placed on being playful. The designers of this platform somehow managed to create a website that makes you want to play bingo. With a combination of silly graphics and plenty of pink, it’s obvious this online bingo site will be a big hit with newbies.
The design is more than just a gimmick. The toolbar, for example, can be found to the left of the screen. This handy location means players can get started almost immediately. It’s only the “Help” page that feels like it’s missing something here. We feel that the text is just too uneven and poorly laid out when compared to the rest of the site.
Software & Gameplay
Loony Bingo clearly places a heavy focus on software and social gameplay, so you can be sure you’ll never play alone when you play here. To honest, the rooms are always packed, and it’s a major reason for the bingo brand’s success. No one wants to be stuck waiting ages to play a bingo game, and thankfully that rarely happens with Loony Bingo.
Safety & Security
The website has great security thanks to a license from the Great Britain Gambling Commission (GBGC). There’s no need to worry about your safety and security with Loony Bingo. The website also features eCORGA approval, meaning that the security of the website has been assessed and approved by a third-party regulatory.
The only issue we had with Loony Bingo as far as safety goes is that it proved difficult to find information about their commitment to fair play.
Payments & Withdrawals
Loony Bingo has easy enough payment and withdrawal procedures, but there is only a limited number of options that a member can use for such. Players only have Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, EntroPay, Neteller, Paysafecard, and PayPal at their disposal to work with.
The worst thing about payments and withdrawals at Loony Bingo is that withdrawals can take up to 7 days to process. There is simply no excuse for this process to take so long in the current market.
Customer Support
Despite the relatively small size of the brand, Loony Bingo has an excellent customer support service in place. The website contains a very handy FAQ page, with the option to email or call the support team if you need more information. The lack of a live chat feature is a bit of a let down, but that’s really the only problem we have with the Loony Bingo customer support setup.
Bonuses & Promotions
This is the area where Loony Bingo is really lacking, as there’s not much in the way of free bingo to be found here. There is at least a deposit bingo bonus on offer though, where you receive £70 with your first deposit of £10, but that’s about it.
Loony Bingo could find out a lot about how far a good bonus or two goes if they would just give them a chance. Either way, you can still have a lot of fun with the platform, but there are many people who will choose a different bingo platform due to the lack of high-quality playing incentives here.
Device Compatibility
The issue of device compatibility is one that is more on Dragonfish Network than Loony Bingo itself, as the platform has always struggled with mobile play. Many platforms of Dragonfish Network want to be part of the mobile bingo revolution, but are stuck being desktop only because they simply have no choice.
The good news is that Loony Bingo isn’t like every other platform on the network, in that it is perfectly compatible with mobile devices. It might not be the best mobile bingo platform in the world, but it’s always good to have the option to play on mobile
Variety & Originality
Loony Bingo is about as simple and straightforward as an online bingo site can be. There’s not a lot of originality to be found with this site as a result.
There’s the typical 90-ball and 75-ball bingo, but there is a real problem in the lack of game variety. There are only a few casino slots on offer, which is a shame given everything on offer with competing sites.
Loyalty & Rewards
Loony Bingo goes all out with its VIP programme. There are different levels within the program, with the better rewards going to the most loyal players. There’s a lot on offer for loyalty points at every level of the scheme, as the points you earn with the VIP programme can be exchanged for cashback, birthday bonuses, re-deposit bonuses, or just some quick and easy free bingo.
