Kiss My Bingo Verdict
The main problem with Kiss My Bingo is that it’s failed to keep up with the times since launching back in 2009. While the games selection is good, and there’s plenty of free bingo on offer, the website could really benefit from a redesign to attract new players and retain existing members. Plus, if extra payment methods and promotions were made available, and a proper VIP programme implemented, Kiss My Bingo would stand a better chance of rivalling its sister sites such as Foxy and Mirror Bingo.

Design & Usability
Compared to many of Cassava’s newer online bingo sites, Kiss My Bingo is poorly designed. For example, you can only reach the sign-up page by clicking the ‘Join’ button on the main menu as there’s no facility to do so next to the large login box at the top of the screen. Also, when you look at the Promotions page, there’s very little information bar the welcome offer and a link to the jackpot games schedule, refer-a-friend scheme, and loyalty programme.
There’s also very little branding other than the lipstick marks on the site’s top banner, and the colour scheme uses an odd mishmash of yellows, pinks, blues, yellows, reds that clash with one another.
There are two boxes on the left-hand side of the homepage which are supposed to get updated automatically with the current values of the 90-ball and 75-ball progressive jackpots and recent winners, but both are blank.
Software & Gameplay
Finally, there’s some good news to report. The Dragonfish software that powers Kiss My Bingo is great. It’s fast, easy to use, reliable, and nicely designed.
When you launch the games lobby, you’re presented with six different tabs containing Free Bingo, 90-ball, 75-ball, Daily Jackpots, Casino, and Big Bingo Party. The jackpot amount, ticket prices, time until the next game begins, and entry requirements (e.g. funded or non-funded) are all clearly displayed.
However, the rooms don’t appear to be very busy as we only found nine players in the Newbie Room and twenty-five players in the most popular 90-ball room when we visited just before midday on a Friday. Another disappointing find was the lack of chat hosts and chat windows. We were also unable to find any networked or exclusive games.
Safety & Security
Kiss My Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Government of Gibraltar, and there are clear privacy and fair play policies. The eCOGRA logo indicates that the operator is considered safe and fair, and there’s also a page dedicated to responsible gaming.
Payments & Withdrawals
Unfortunately, Kiss My Bingo doesn’t offer a full range of payment methods, and you can only pay by wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, or Paypal. The minimum deposit amount is £5 and the maximum you can withdraw per day is £1,000. All withdrawal transactions are processed within two working days.
Customer Support
Cassava Enterprises bingo sites normally offer 24/7 support, but the customer service telephone line at Kiss My Bingo is only operated between 10 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Friday. You can, however, visit the Help chat room to speak to an agent or use the online email contact form.
Bonuses & Promotions
You don’t get a no-deposit bonus to encourage you to join the site, but there is a welcome bonus which gives you a 200% bonus (of up to £100) when you make your first deposit of £10 or more. Before you can withdraw any winnings, you must wager your deposit and bonus through four times.
As we mentioned earlier, the promotions page doesn’t seem to be regularly updated or feature any special/time-limited offers. The main focus seems to be on the pre-buy jackpot games which run every night and offer you a chance to win up to £2,000 for between 5p and 25p per card.
Device Compatibility
We were unable to locate a dedicated mobile page or any other information regarding playing at Kiss My Bingo on tablets or smartphones. We can, however, confirm that the Dragonfish software is fully mobile-compatible and allows you to play both bingo games and slots instantly through your mobile device’s web browser.
Variety & Originality
Kiss My Bingo offers a good range of bingo rooms. There are five free rooms – four for funded roomies which host daily jackpots of £1 to £100 and a weekly £250 jackpot game, and one for new players offering £2 jackpots. There are also four 90-ball rooms, two 75-ball rooms, and one five-line room. In addition, there are daily cash jackpot games each night at 9pm where you can play for £250 for 5p per card, £1,000 for 10p per card, and £2,000 for 25p per card.
There are plenty of slots to play too, including Zeus III, Irish Riches, South Park, Gonzo’s Quest, Fluffy Favourites, Millionaire Genie, and Shaman’s Dream.
Loyalty & Rewards
There doesn’t seem to be an official VIP club or loyalty scheme on offer. However, you earn one loyalty point for every 10p you spend on bingo games, and you can also win points via promotions and chat games. Loyalty points can be redeemed for bingo cash.
