Pink Bingo Verdict
Pink Bingo is a very fun site with a nice theme and a sense of luxury. The site’s actual games and offers are pretty standard, but it’s worth noting that they’re still very good and certainly better than some competitors. You can have a good game here and there’s an active community which keeps it engaging, but you won’t find anything new.

Design & Usability
The Pink Bingo site certainly delivers, with a hot pink background that makes the page a little blinding! They have a zany pink flamingo mascot which makes the site feel a little different and a tad exotic. They have a busy home page with animations and plenty of images, so first impressions are good. On the downside, the theme is not used throughout the site.
You should find the site easy to use, with a row of options along the top like most other bingo sites. The layout is neat and pages don’t feel crowded with information, though some look a little basic.
Software & Gameplay
You’ll recognise the Dragonfish software here if you’ve played any Cassava sites before. Pink Bingo has attractive backgrounds on their lobby and a smart side bar with your personal settings and info. The lobby is a little heavy on animations but it’s easy enough to find your bingo games. You can see which rooms have hosts, which is really handy.
The bingo rooms are well laid out and you can play along with ease. They do a good job of using the whole screen, to make sure there’s room for chat and mini games. There are chatters about all the time, as well as hosts running games, an active community.
Safety & Security
Pink Bingo has SSL encryption to protect your personal details and your monetary transactions. They also have the eCOGRA seal of fairness, an independent body that confirms a site’s safety for players.
The site also lists a clear privacy policy so you know how they handle your data, plus a responsible gaming guide. The site is licensed and regulated by government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
Pink Bingo has a nice account section which is really easy to use, showing your loyalty level and letting you deposit fast. Depositing and withdrawing is done using a pop-up cashier and you have the choice of phone, wire transfer or online banking.
You can make payments using credit or debit cards, or PaySafeCard, PayPal, Neteller or Entropay. This is a really nice selection and covers all the main bases.
Customer Support
Pink Bingo has a nice little contact page which invites you to learn about bingo from scratch, or get in touch with problems. They also have a good FAQ page with answers to the majority of everyday questions.
When it comes to the support team, they offer email contact or phone line. There is no live chat here unfortunately, but the phone line is 24/7 and toll free for the UK. You do have instant help in the chat rooms, through a special help room.
Bonuses & Promotions
You have a good welcome bonus at Pink Bingo, a 100% cash match up to a maximum of £100. This comes with a standard wagering requirement, so you need to wager through it four times.
Other site promotions are good, but taken from a standard set. You’ll find late night chat game shows, big cash jackpot bingo and bingo games where you win free spins on slots. There are some good offers here and plenty to keep you coming back, plus they update regularly. The downside is that they aren’t very original.
Device Compatibility
Pink Bingo is lacking any pages to tell you about mobile functionality. They also do not have any apps, but you can access the site on a mobile device using the browser. This allows you to use your usual login details.
The mobile site is a completely different layout to the main site, following a standard Dragonfish games mobile template. While this does mean that you don’t get to see much evidence of Pink Bingo, it is a good mobile site and works really well. With nice graphics and easy controls, plus a full bingo game, you can’t go wrong here.
Variety & Originality
Pink Bingo has a pretty standard game selection. They offer 90 ball, 75 ball and one 5-line bingo room, which is a setup you’ll encounter on other sites. There are plenty of rooms among these varieties, with different price points. You can find jackpot rooms that open certain times and four free bingo rooms. There’s also a 10k game reserved for VIPs. All in all, a good selection but not unique to this site or using this site’s theme.
Slots are good here, with Ghostbusters and Twinkle standing out for features and nice artwork.
Loyalty & Rewards
Pink Bingo uses a pretty standard four-tier system which you will see on other Cassava sites, though they do make an effort to present it clearly. You start at Rookie and can move up to Champ. The programme clearly tells you what you need to progress (600 jewels to become a third-tier Master). You earn 12 jewels for each pound spent.
Higher tiers reward players with weekly free games, tickets to a big 10k game, free spins on slots and cashback on both slots and bingo. A nice system with something to look forward to, if not a full VIP experience.
