Bingo7 Verdict
The highlight of Bingo7 is the welcome offer, but once you’ve claimed it, you may well find that there’s really not that much going on to hold your interest. It’s particularly disappointing that the chat rooms are so quiet, and that the CMs seem to be on a permanent holiday.

Design & Usability
It’s not very clear what the theme of Bingo7 is all about. The site’s logo sits on top of a fluffy white cloud and dark blue skies over a field in the countryside, and there’s a bi-plane on the right pulling along a banner saying “Join Now”. The homepage feels rather overwhelming as it’s too crowded with animated ads for the welcome bonus, member offers, and games. It would be better if some of the banners were replaced with a mini games schedule or some informative text. In comparison, the menu is clear and brief, and there’s an easily noticeable box at the top of the screen that allows you to log in to your existing account and escape the flashing graphics.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo7 uses Jumpman Gaming software, which isn’t the fastest to load. It gives you a no-frills lobby with tabs that separate the 90-ball, 75-ball, Fluffy a Day, free bingo, jackpot, and instant games. You can view the ticket prices of the upcoming games as well as how many players are in each room. Like most 15 Network sites, appearances can be deceiving, as although there are twelve different rooms, four of them are for the weekly/monthly jackpot games, one is for new players only, and the remainder have limited opening hours (i.e. a couple open in the mornings, others at lunchtimes, and others in the evenings only). Consequently, the lobby always seems very quiet with no chat moderators in sight, and the chat windows remaining empty.
Safety & Security
Bingo7 (which uses a secure URL) is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, although it doesn’t display the eCOGRA seal of approval regarding safety and fairness. The site’s software has been fully tested and approved by SQS, but we couldn’t find any mention of a random number generator.
Payments & Withdrawals
One of the biggest issues we have with the 15 Network is that they don’t accept any e-wallet payments, Paysafecard, Ukash, or bank transfers. So, if you don’t have a credit or debit card, you won’t be able to play at the site. Aside from this major drawback, the banking system is simple to use, and you can click on pre-defined amounts to make things even quicker. Withdrawals take an average of three to five days to be processed, and the minimum amount you can withdraw is £30.
Customer Support
Bingo7, as well as the other sites on the 15 Network, lack the full range of customer service options. For starters, there’s no live chat – only email, telephone, and WhatsApp. Secondly, the telephone and WhatsApp lines are only monitored between 9.30am and 6pm from Monday to Friday, which is pretty useless if you mainly play in the evenings or on weekends.
Bonuses & Promotions
The promotions are made up of the usual 15 Network offers (i.e. none of them are exclusive), but there’s a varied range to choose from. Firstly, you can claim a 200% welcome bonus when you make your first deposit of at least £10, and you also get a spin on the wheel to grab a guaranteed bonus of between £5 and £2,500. Furthermore, you get to play for free in the Newbies room every evening. The welcome bonus requires you to wager it through four times before you can cash out any winnings.
On Friday nights, you have the chance to win a takeaway worth up to £50, and with the Weekend Wad, you can win a share of £300 in bonus funds if you score a full house on your Golden Number. There are also four regular jackpot games – the monthly £2k Pay Day Jackpot, the monthly £500 VIP Jackpot, the weekly £250 Friday Fortune Jackpot, and the weekly £100 Fair and Square Jackpot.
The monthly specials sometimes feature slots tournaments, so if online slots are your thing, don’t forget to click the ‘Latest Promotions’ banner (which is weirdly situated on the Promotions page).
Device Compatibility
There’s no dedicated mobile page or iOS/Android app, but we’ve discovered that Bingo7 has a mobile-responsive website, which allows you to play all of your favourite desktop games on your smartphone or tablet, regardless of its screen size. All you need to do is visit Bingo7 in your mobile browser and access your account or sign up.
Variety & Originality
You can play 90-ball and 75-ball games, but no other bingo variants. There are over 100 slots, which feature some firm player favourites such as Doctor Love, Shaman’s Dream, and Starburst. Not all of them are high-quality, but at least there are plenty to choose from. There are two free 90-ball rooms – 1 for VIPs and 1 for non-VIP funded players, along with the Newbies room. Plus, there are the four weekly/monthly jackpot games that we mentioned earlier.
Loyalty & Rewards
Bingo7 gives you loyalty points for winning chat games and as prizes through special promotions and games. You can redeem them for bonus funds at a rate of 100 LPs to £1. You can also earn 5,000 LPs for every friend you refer to the site who goes on to deposit and spend at least £5.
A five-tier VIP scheme is also mentioned, but it doesn’t say how much you need to spend or play to climb the different levels. The benefits include cashback, exclusive VIP games and jackpots, mystery gifts, birthday bonuses, and higher redeposit bonuses.
