Payment MethodsWish Bingo Verdict
Wish Bingo is quite typical of Dragonfish sites and won’t amaze veteran players. However, it does seem to have a nice community and the theme of the site is warm and welcoming. Despite being a fairy basic experience, there’s a lot of fun to be had and nice extras to uncover, among the promotions and chat games.

Design & Usability
The site’s design is a pleasing Arabian Nights affair, from the genie of the lamp to sumptuous palace artwork. The artwork and theme are well chosen, not only giving the site character but also being quite easy on the eye. Some themed sites get a little grating after a while, but this is gentle and appealing.
Navigation is easy as pie, based on the usual template of Dragonfish sites. Each navigation heading has sub-menus to speed things up and there’s even a dedicated page for new players, detailing the welcome bonus and how to play, a very nice welcoming touch.
Software & Gameplay
Those who have played Dragonfish sites before will recognise the software and layout straight away. The lobby is large and easy on the eye, suiting the site’s purple colour scheme well. A simple row of tabs leads you to each game type, including the special prize games and other promotions.
The bingo console is smooth and easy to navigate, plus mini games are on an expandable tab so they won’t take over if you don’t want them. The chat window could be taller but works fine. Hosts greet you as soon as you enter the room, though the chat is a little quiet in the day. Banking and preferences are one click away.
Safety & Security
Safety is catered to by several pages on the topic, including a fair play policy, privacy policy and responsible gaming sections with detailed guidelines and links to supportive organisations. These resources are great for demonstration a little care about players.
The site has credentials of authenticity from Gibraltar’s Betting and Gaming Association and the UK Gambling Commission, plus the widely recognised eCOGRA standard. Payments and player data are protected by encryption, though it would be nice to see more details about what they use.
Payments & Withdrawals
Depositing is handled through a simple pop-up cashier system, using bold symbols and buttons that you can’t go wrong with. On the downside, banking methods are limited. You can use MasterCard and Visa, but no other cards are mentioned. Electronically you only have PaySafeCard, or you can use a wire transfer. Would be great to see the addition of PayPal or Neteller.
Withdrawal times seem to be a little over average, at least 48 hours to be processed on Wish Bingo’s side.
Customer Support
The customer support situation on Wish Bingo suffers considerably for lack of live chat support. They invite players to ask hosts questions, which is a form of live support, but hosts can rarely give players the attention and account information that a support operative can (nor are they expected to). Otherwise the site offers the standard email and 24/7 toll free phone lines.
Support response times seem to be good and you also have an FAQ section with some quick answers.
Bonuses & Promotions
Wish Bingo has a pretty good bonus and promotion selection. They take fairly standard offers and spruce them up with the genie theme, which looks great. One or two unique promotions can be found too, such as Lucky Delight, where the genie can randomly appear in a room and change up the prizes and card prices, for a wild card feel. Promotions focus on bingo rather than slots.
The welcome bonus here is pretty good at 250%, up to £50. Other sites are higher, but Wish seems to lean heavily towards the lighter side of play, which is no bad thing.

Device Compatibility
Wish Bingo don’t make a big song and dance about their mobile site, with no special mention of it on the main site. They sadly also don’t offer an app to play through. However, they do have a mobile site which can be accessed by browser on most tablets and phones.
They should promote it more, as the Dragonfish mobile site is very smooth and well designed. There’s a clean layout and chat is given a full screen tab, so you can still join in. Depositing on mobile is also as straightforward as it is on desktop.
Variety & Originality
Wish Bingo offer three bingo types, including standard 90 ball, 75 ball and 5 line which is a hybrid of the two. Each game has a page to explain it, which is a nice touch. There are multiple free bingo rooms and some progressive jackpots too at different times of day. There are not a lot of rooms, around 10 in total, but you do get a mixture of prices and each has a distinct feel.
The slots selection is much larger, comprised of the usual Dragonfish games. There’s certainly enough for you to find one that you like, but no exclusives.
Loyalty & Rewards
Wish Bingo’s VIP programme is built on the Diamond Club seen on some other Dragonfish sites. This is a simple tier system which is clearly described on the VIP page. Depositing more puts you up to the next tier- nice and simple. The top tier is your more traditional, invitation only high roller VIP experience.
The VIP system offers enough to be enticing, with deposit bonuses, free spins, gifts, a shop for spending the Diamond points you earn and some VIP bingo rooms, too. All in all, refreshingly direct and rewarding.
