Giant Bingo Verdict
Giant Bingo is a great site if you like things bright, bold, fun and simple. You won’t find anything totally new and original here, but it does offer an above average browsing and bingo experience. The games and site are of high quality, but lack a few key things such as live chat support and a wide payment method selection. Welcoming and easy to use.

Design & Usability
Giant Bingo welcomes you with some great artwork, of a mighty giant and his huge pots of gold. From the big, stone logo to the giant and his fantasy landscape, there’s an instant sense of fun. The site is easy on the eye and very neatly laid out, with everything on-theme and easy to read.
Navigation is good here with a clear top bar and dropdown menus for each option, reducing your number of clicks. There are slot adverts, but they’re expandable so they don’t dominate the page. Overall a very sleek and modern website with nice touches like a newbie area.
Software & Gameplay
Giant Bingo uses Dragonfish software, so it may be familiar to some players. The quality is high and it loads fast. The giant logo and theme are still in evidence. The lobby is busy but pretty easy to work out, with a row of slot options and tabs for each type of bingo.
You’ll find a few giant themed rooms to check out. The games play smoothly and chat is given a good share of the screen. Rooms are unfortunately pretty empty, but you should find a host easily. Fairly standard software but effective and easy to use.
Safety & Security
Having all the right credentials, Giant Bingo is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is a member of the Gibraltar Betting and Gambling Association. They have the important eCOGRA seal of approval for fairness and safety. Your personal data is encrypted with SSL encryption to protect it from hackers.
The site offers a clear responsible gaming section, privacy policy, fair play declaration has plenty of advice about problem gambling. You’ll find various links to organisations like Gamcare. Overall, there is a strong impression of security and reliability here.
Payments & Withdrawals
Depositing here is nice and easy with a little pop-up Aquapay cashier window and a series of icons to make your choices. Very straightforward. Options available include MasterCard and Visa for debit and credit, PaySafeCard and wire transfer. Some e-wallet options would be a great addition here, it’s a shame to miss them out as some players don’t like to use their cards. PaySafeCard is a good middle ground however.
Withdrawals take at least 2 days to process, in practise it seems to work out about average at 3-5 working days. The main drawback here is lack of methods.
Customer Support
The help section is nice at Giant Bingo, incorporating clear FAQs and a getting started guide for newcomers. Contact options include 24/7 email and toll free phone, though sadly there’s no live chat. Players are invited to ask hosts in chat instead, but this is only really effective for general questions, not complex account issues.
Otherwise support response times are about average and staff are widely agreed to be friendly and helpful.
Bonuses & Promotions
Giant Bingo does well with promotions. They don’t have a great amount and the offers do not stand out compared to similar sites, however they do offer bonuses with second and third deposits.
The welcome bonus is modest at 200% up to £20, with a minimum deposit of £5.
(200% Bonus: Non-Funded Players Only. Offer valid once per player until further notice. Min dep. £5. Max bingo bonus £20. No code required. Wagering requirements: 4x Bonus & 4x Deposit. Bonus for bingo games only. Full T&Cs apply. 18+ only).

Device Compatibility
Playing on different devices is straightforward with Dragonfish sites. The site itself sadly makes no mention of mobile play nor do they have a dedicated app. However, you can play by finding the site through your tablet or mobile browser.
The mobile software is well made, with a pretty simple menu layout. You won’t have any trouble finding your room and getting into the bingo, unless you have a slow or old device. Mobile bingo is really good here and has chat, in a nice, large window.
Variety & Originality
Giant Bingo offer a good selection of bingo types. You’ll find 90 ball and 75 ball, plus 75 ball with the 5-line variation. Each has an explanation and there’s a few rooms to try out, though the number is a little under average. On the lobby you’ll see three 90 ball rooms, three 75 ball and a host of 1p games on offer, at various times of day.
Though the room selection is limited, they all have the fun giant theme and there’s something on every day. The slot selection is good, with some of the bigger titles like Rainbow Riches and Starburst.
Loyalty & Rewards
Giant Bingo has the Diamond Club VIP system which is good for transparency. There are five tiers with each one clearly telling you how much you need to deposit. All the while you gain Diamonds for playing and depending on your tier, you can exchange those Diamonds for more items (or they get cheaper).
The Diamond shop lets you buy free spins, gifts and bonus cash among other things, plus higher tiers have access to some exclusive gifts. Overall, a simple and balanced scheme, though there’s room for more creativity.
