Slotty Vegas verdict

Slotty Vegas is a bright and busy site with a slightly wacky feel. This site is operated by NRR Entertainment and features a broad range of games, including NetEnt and Microgaming titles. Will a £500 welcome bonus be enough to send you to Slotty Vegas?

design & Usability

The name Slotty Vegas is a little kooky and indeed this site feels the same way, with jaunty text and an animated splash screen where the slots move left and right. You’ll see all the craziest slot characters used in the artwork and fun avatars for your login area. There’s no theme here exactly- it certainly doesn’t have anything to do with Las Vegas- but it is fun and well made.

Many site areas open on panel and have smooth animations which are a nice touch. There are tooltips to help you fill in forms and quick links to support and languages. The usual top navigation area is kept very small here, leaving room for a huge graphic. The site feels different and breaks away from the standard template, but on the downside, some areas are difficult to find.

customer Support

Though there is live chat on this site, other forms of support are not well presented or easy to find. The live chat team are helpful but seem to keep things brief and professional.

This site has no support area or FAQs to help with common issues. The only way to find more support information is through the complaints page (through a tiny link), which gives an email form. It would be nice for the site to just be a little more open and friendly.

bonuses & Promotions

There is no promotions page on Slotty Vegas. Instead, you need to wait for an offer to scroll onto the main graphic panel, then click it. This is a little awkward and a promotions page works just as well! The main bonus here is a 100% cash match up to £500, plus you get 50 free spins for the game of the week. This comes with a just-below-average wagering requirement of 30x.

The site offers free spins for friend referral and some seasonal promotions, such as the Eggscelent Boost. This Easter offer gives you free spins for depositing. This site also has a unique ‘supercharge’ system, which adds a small extra percentage on top of your wins! This percentage goes up on certain events and in accordance with your play style. The extra wins do not have wagering requirements, so this is a very tempting idea indeed.

software & Gameplay

The games menu on Slotty Vegas gives you a simple list of tiles, using the whole screen width so you can see over 20 at a time! A useful extra touch here is showing the volatility of each game when you hover over it, plus you can use a slider to see either extreme. You have a search bar and some basic categories.

Pick a game and it loads in a snap, appearing in a fairly large window. The games get a suitable matching background which is always nice to see. The site’s top bar stays in place to let you navigate and you get a hide-able side panel with information, supercharge details and full screen controls. This setup covers everything and looks great.

device Compatibility

Slotty Vegas gives you no information about mobile play and offers no apps. However, you can access the site on the browser of most modern tablets and phones.

The mobile page for this site is very smooth and actually works very well. It appears just like the main site, but with a slight tweak for the lack of horizontal space. The site is responsive and the slots have mobile screen controls.

safety & Security

This site has a good responsible gaming area, with links to problem gambling organisations and also the usual self-exclusion controls. Security is covered by the known GeoTrust brand, so your details are encrypted against theft.

Slotty Vegas is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Complaints are handled through the Pogg, an independent online gaming portal, or you can use two other dispute services.

variety & Originality

Variety is good at Slotty Vegas, which uses hundreds of slot games from two big providers, NetEnt and Microgaming. Microgaming brings titles like Immortal Romance and Game of Thrones, NetEnt brings Fairytale Legends, Wild Wild West, Starburst and many more. A little more choice would be nice, but it’s a big, varied set.

This site offers a small table game set at 13 titles, including various roulettes, blackjack, Red Dog and Caribbean Stud Poker. Some NetEnt live dealer games help to boost his arrangement, along with a handful of video poker games. Still, table games are not as varied as slots here.

payments & Withdrawals

The depositing section on Slotty Vegas opens in a panel, with a simple set of fields to fill in. You can’t go wrong and it won’t take more than a minute, plus you can enter promo codes here. There are no fees, but the site does require stringent ID for withdrawals.

This site accepts MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Eco and PaySafeCard. A nice bunch, just missing PayPal.

VIP Programme

Slotty Vegas does not advertise its VIP club but the support team confirmed that they review accounts and assign VIP status, though what they offer is still a mystery.

There are no loyalty points here, but the amount you play does get rewarded in terms of your supercharged credit, which you can regularly redeem and has no wagering requirement.

conclusion

Slotty Vegas is a fun site with a very modern, interesting layout, but it does get in its own way. Some areas of the site don’t exist or are hard to find, so you have to guess your way around a little, even regarding the unique supercharging system. This system is nevertheless a good idea and should provide a neat little alternative to the usual loyalty system. A pretty good game selection and nice software make this site one to watch.
