Luckland Casino Verdict
Luckland Casino is a good middle-of-the-road online casino for players who want access to lots of slots and live dealer games. But, if you’re looking for a strong selection of table games or want to benefit from exclusive offers, it might not be a land you wish to permanently stay in.

Design & Usability
There’s a lot to take in when you first arrive on Luckland’s homepage, even through the brand’s logo is a tiny casino chip in the top-left of the page that barely takes up any space. There’s a rotating banner that takes you through some of the site’s highlights like the VIP scheme, the welcome package, and the live dealer games, and underneath, there’s the full-size lobby where you can check out all of the available games that are listed under categories like Scratch Cards and Video Slots. The homepage also contains a modestly sized section that scrolls through a list of recent winners.
There are two menu systems. The top one lets you move between Casino, Live Casino, and Scratch Cards while the lower one includes Luckland’s main pages of interest: Games, Promotions, Exclusive Club, and Help.
All-in-all, the layout and design are OK, but we’d like to see more of a theme introduced to make the Luckland brand really stand out.
Software & Gameplay
Luckland runs on Aspire Global software, which is also used by online casinos such as Magic Red, Peters, Extra Spel, and Karamba. Both the desktop and mobile software platforms are easy to use, and allow you quick access to high-quality games, plus the ability to make hassle-free deposits and withdrawals. We like that you can choose to play Luckland’s games in demo mode rather than having to jump straight in and spend real cash.
Safety & Security
Luckland is licensed and regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, as well as the Malta Gaming Authority. All personal and financial information is kept confidential, and Luckland guarantees it will stay that way as its website is protected by the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. The page entitled “Fair Play” explains how the Random Number Generator ensures fair and random results.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use any of the following payment methods: Skrill, Visa, MasterCard, Entropay, Wire Transfer, Paysafecard, Neteller, Giropay, ClickandBuy, Instadebit, UseMyFunds, Maestro, Trustly, Euteller, and Zimpler. There are also many more international payment methods available.
When you submit a withdrawal request, it’s put into a pending phase for 48 hours, and is then processed within one working day. You can withdraw £10 or more per transaction fee-free, and up to £2,000 per week and £3,000 per month.
Customer Support
The support team works seven days-a-week but only between 6 AM and 11 PM. You can talk to them by phone, live chat, or email, and the Contact Us page also allows you to upload documents such as ID or screenshots, which is handy.
Bonuses & Promotions
Luckland offers new members the chance to claim up to £50 in bonus funds and 50 free spins when they start funding their accounts.
This seems to be the only promotion available at the time of writing.
Terms & Conditions: Terms and Conditions apply. New players only. 18+. Min deposit £20. Welcome package split over 3 deposits 35x wagering applies to match up bonus. 50 Spins on Starburst – 35x wagering applies to Spins. See full terms here.
Device Compatibility
There’s only a brief reference to a mobile casino in the FAQ, and in this day and age, we’d expect there to be more promotion of mobile games. Despite hunting for a mobile app, we were unable to find one, although we did discover that the Luckland Casino website works well with smartphones and tablets and would, therefore, assume that this is the operator’s preferred way for mobile members to play on the move.
Variety & Originality
The casino provides players with a choice of over 200 games from leading software providers such as Neogames, Amaya, Microgaming, and NetEnt. There are classic slots, video slots, scratch cards, and casino games, as well as a great line-up of live dealer games including French Roulette, Live Blackjack, Immersive Roulette, Baccarat Squeeze, and Auto Roulette.
The slots include Thunderstruck II, Flame Busters, Cool Buck, Life of Riches, Avalon, Graveyard Party, Jungle Jim, Copy Cats, and Gonzo’s Quest to name but a few.
The disadvantages can be found in the lack of video poker, non-live casino games, and exclusive games. Plus, the lobby is a carbon copy of other Aspire Global casino brands like Extra Spel Casino.
Loyalty & Rewards
Unfortunately it looks like Luckland casino no longer have a specific VIP programme!
