Payment MethodsCoinFalls Casino Verdict
CoinFalls suffers in similar ways to a lot of new casino sites; it simply offers little new or original. Backed by Netkan software, it does have a great deal to offer, but without a big headline slot, game or promotion, it’s a little hard to really get excited about. A great option if you’re looking for a reliable, familiar site, but if you’re looking for something new, exciting and innovative? You’re best off looking elsewhere.

Design & Usability
When you first arrive at CoinFalls, you’ll immediately notice how busy the site looks. The background is loaded with real world casino images, and it becomes a bit of an eyesore; it’s hard to focus on the main content on the page with such a busy background.
Outside of this, CoinFalls follows a very generic Nektan template for design. Everything is laid out according to this template, and there’s little to establish the site’s brand, other than the logo in the top left corner. Even the promotions use generic imagery; it doesn’t feel like a great deal of effort has been put in.
It’s a fine, fully functioning site – it just doesn’t offer a great deal on the design front. And that background is way too much.
Software & Gameplay
Nektan’s software is used by a number of casino sites nowadays, and it’s pretty reliable. Games load fairly quickly, and navigating through the site takes little effort. It’s a shame that the experience feels slightly generic (or, too similar to other Nektan sites), but it’s worth it for the reliability of the site.
Safety & Security
As you would expect from a fully licensed UK casino site, CoinFalls’ software provides all the needed protections for players to have a safe and secure experience. Features like self-exclusion, deposit limits and reality checks are all in place too, ensuring you can customise your casino experience to suit your needs.
Payments & Withdrawals
Most players will be covered by CoinFalls’ payment and withdrawal options. Between Debit/Credit Cards, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard, there’s something for every type of player. There’s also some smaller, lesser known options like Boku (allowing you to pay via mobile) and Zimpler. It’s lacking Paypal, but there’s plenty of other options to use.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are reasonable too; CoinFalls requires a min deposit of £10 and a min withdrawal of £20, which will suit most players.
Customer Support
CoinFalls Casino offers three different customer support options – email, telephone and live chat. It offers 24/7 support (mainly through emails which should have a guaranteed response within 24 hours), and seems fairly responsive and helpful.
Bonuses & Promotions
For new players, CoinFalls offers a three part welcome package, identical to nearly every Nektan site. You’ll be able to claim a 200% deposit bonus with your first deposit (up to £50), a 100% bonus with your second deposit (up to £200) and a 50% bonus with your third deposit (up to £250). You’ll also get 50 free spins on Starburst with the first deposit. With 30x wagering requirements on each bonus, it’s an okay package, but not particularly spectacular.
Outside of the welcome offer, there’s not a great deal to shout about. There’s a £5 no deposit bonus, but it comes with a ridiculous 100x wagering requirement, so it’s highly unlikely you’ll ever see any reward from the offer.
There’s also a few rotating promotions, as is standard for the Nektan platform. It’s not the worst set of promotions, but there is nothing exclusive to the site, and nothing particularly stands out in the range as a great reason to join.
Device Compatibility
As noted previously, CoinFalls aims to provide the best mobile experience possible, but due to the software limitations, it falls flat. Or, to be more specific, it doesn’t do anything new or unique to provide a better mobile experience.
To play CoinFalls on mobile, you simply head to the site via your phone or tablet’s browser. It should work on any mobile device with access to the internet, although older devices may not provide the smoothest experience.
And with no apps on either iOS or Android, it’s hard to give CoinFalls credit as the “best” mobile casino site. It has a long way to go before it can challenge for that, despite offering a relatively solid experience.
Variety & Originality
Thanks to the Nektan software, CoinFalls offers a solid list of slot games and casino games. Slot providers include NetEnt, IGT and Microgaming, so you’re being covered by some of the best providers around. Meanwhile, CoinFalls also offers live casino games from Evolution Gaming, often regarded as one of the best live casino providers around.
However, while CoinFalls has a good range of games, it also offers the exact same games as any other Nektan site. While this isn’t a bad thing per se, it’s also hard to recommend the site for originality. With little exclusive or unique to shout about, CoinFalls simply has to promote the same games as everybody else. Again, not a bad thing, it’s just a shame that there isn’t more to make the site stand out from the crowd.
Loyalty & Rewards
CoinFalls uses Nektan’s Privileged VIP scheme, which is something of a mystery. It’s only available via invite, and there’s little clarification about what the scheme entails. According to the site, privileged members are entitled to cashback offers, weekly bonuses, deposit rewards and free spins. With little information, it’s hard to properly evaluate CoinFalls’ loyalty offering, but it’s clear that the site will reward players who stay loyal.
