Mirror Casino Verdict
Mirror Casino is a fun site, but unless you’re already a Mirror Bingo member and want the convenience of nipping between the two, it doesn’t have a great deal to offer. The main strength of this site is the very good Playtech games catalogue, but that’s not unique and you can find it on stronger sites. Those seeking a welcome bonus might want to take a little spin here. The site is fairly good overall, it just feels a little neglected.

Design & Usability
Mirror Casino has quite a laid-back design, with a bold, blue background and a red and white main colour scheme, which matches the newspaper. Other than the branded logo, the only art here is from the slots games, but it’s enough to make the site feel welcoming.
The site layout is effective and uses the typical top navigation area with an account section. You also have a tab for swapping to the Mirror Bingo site. Some parts of the design feel a little rough around the edges, but everything is clear and easy to use. The site just lacks a little ‘oomph’.
Software & Gameplay
You can navigate games from the home or the Vegas tab, though there’s not much difference. You get a set of categories to narrow things down, plus a search box. The games are shown in large tiles. You can also search by popularity.
The games are not the quickest to load and they appear in a plain pop-up window. However, you do have some special controls and links for navigation and cashier. You can play multiple games in one window, for example.
Safety & Security
Mirror Casino is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission, with full details viewable on the site footer. The site also uses ODR for independent dispute resolution, so if things go wrong, you have them in your corner.
This site lacks a secure certificate for all pages, but you do still have SSL encryption for transactions. The site also has a good responsible gaming section, with useful advice.
Payments & Withdrawals
There is a clear deposit button on Mirror Casino which gives you a very simple interface. This won’t take a minute to complete. Withdrawals are just as easy, taking around 3-5 working days.
The payment methods at Mirror Casino are a little confusing. At first, only PayPal and PaySafeCard appear. You need to click ‘add card’ if you want to use a debit or credit card. The site accepts all the major cards, so all it really needs is a few more e-wallets.
Customer Support
There is a help button on the main navigation which will give you a useful contact page, which also includes an FAQ link, getting started guide and general information.
You can reach the Mirror Casino support team by email, phone and live chat. This should cover all users pretty well. The team are very friendly, but don’t seem to leap at the chance to give you information.
Bonuses & Promotions
There are not many promotions at Mirror Casino, but hopefully this isn’t always the case. The welcome bonus is a 100% cash match on your first deposit, up to £200. Nice and easy. This carries a fairly low 30x wagering requirement. However, if you’ve already joined Mirror Bingo, you won’t be able to claim this welcome bonus too.
The only other offer at the time of writing was a prize draw, with admittedly an impressive £500,000 prize! This is a shared jackpot comprised of four prize draws, with a different slot to play on each week. This is a good idea, but the site really needs more.
Device Compatibility
There is no mobile area on Mirror Casino to explain what the site offers. There is a Mirror Bingo app for iOS, but no specific casino app. Otherwise, users can access the site through their mobile browser.
The mobile site is fairly similar to the desktop site in terms of appearance and design, but if anything has a smoother layout. A sliding side menu and easy slots browsing make this a pleasant site to use, though you’ll hit the odd loading screen.
Variety & Originality
Mirror Casino is a Playtech site, so all the games here come from one provider. This does limit things somewhat, but on the plus side you have all the popular Playtech comic book slots, Britain’s Got Talent, The Flintstones and other high quality games. There are 12 jackpot slots.
You’ll find a smallish selection of table games, 12 titles including 3D Roulette, multiple Blackjacks, hold ‘em and craps, among others. There are no live dealer games. The site also has some casual arcade games and scratch cards, so the variety is pretty good.
Loyalty & Rewards
Mirror Casino does not offer a VIP club per se, but the support team confirmed that loyal players will earn points, which presumably can be converted back to cash. The details are very thin on the ground about this!
