LadyLucks Casino Verdict
LadyLucks Casino is a fun site, with a lot to offer to most players. Being restricted to mobile may put some players off, since a lot of sites now simply offer both, but it’s a pretty good mobile site. The game selection is not massive here, but it does have character and a set of original promotions gives the site broader value. This is not the best casino out there, but it’s worth visiting, especially for iPhone users.

Design & Usability
LadyLucks Casino has a very light and airy site, with a sky background and friendly text. The registration process is pretty nippy, going through a set of responsive forms until you get a link to your mobile device. As this is a mobile casino, you of course have to give a current phone number.
The mobile site is pretty straightforward, using the same colour scheme and general appearance of the main site, but it’s not quite as smooth and shiny as you’d expect. Many pages are bland and just have a block colour background. It still feels like a counterpart to a desktop site, instead of the main way you’re meant to experience LadyLucks. Still, it’s easy enough to find your way around and access games.
Software & Gameplay
On the LadyLucks game area, you only have a simple set of categories to narrow down the game list. There is a search option, though. Otherwise, It’s a matter of scrolling down through lists of games, which isn’t ideal on the small screen.
The games load very quickly, appearing in a mobile-friendly view in landscape mode. The actual slots work just fine on mobile and look good. There are pop-up hints to help you figure out what the buttons do, ideal if you’re new to mobile slots. At the top right are three icons, linking to help, slot information and account. We found these a little slow and finicky to use, unfortunately.
Safety & Security
LadyLucks Casino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. The site has a responsible gaming area, with useful advice and controls to help you control your spending.
This site’s security is not described in detail, but you will find SSL encryption on all pages, protecting your data. Fairness is ensured by the NMi group who test games for correct RTP amounts.
Payments & Withdrawals
Depositing is done through games, using the cashier link. The process is a little awkward but easy enough to follow. There are no fees here and withdrawal is just as easy, with a 2-3 day processing time for cards.
LadyLucks accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, BT Bill payments, PayPal, PaySafeCard and Boku. A nice setup, lacking some e-wallets but getting the biggest.
Customer Support
From the mobile page’s menu, you can find a help area, with a set of FAQS that cover most everyday questions. These could be a little more detailed, but they should still be handy. This page also leads through to a contact page.
LadyLucks Casino can be reached by email, phone and post, or there’s a live chat option, but it’s only on the desktop site. Perhaps that makes sense for a mobile site, but it’s still a shame to have it missing. The team otherwise seem to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
Bonuses & Promotions
Visiting the offers area, you’ll find a £895 welcome bonus spread over your first three deposits. Your first is eligible for a 100% match up to a huge £500, with a £20 no deposit slots bonus on top. Your second gets 50% up to £250 and your third gets 25% up to £125, nothing to shout about. These carry a high 50x wagering requirement.
Other site offers are pretty good, updating regularly. The Ghostbusters Tournament offers a prize draw to celebrate the new slot, with prizes from £600 and a ghost hunt event to Ghostbusters merchandise. Another offers a Glamping themed prize draw with £5,000 in prizes. Mondays and Fridays are double deposit days. In short, there’s plenty going on here and the ideas are flowing, but the requirements are a little steep.
Device Compatibility
LadyLucks Casino is a mobile slots site that uses real money, and it allows players to download and use an iOS app, which does make the process of playing on a phone easier. The app has strong reviews and though it does work much like the mobile website, it’s a little more stable and smooth. This will improve the experience for iPhone users, but Android users are stuck with the standard mobile page.
Variety & Originality
The game selection isn’t huge at LadyLucks, but it is interesting. The games are provided by IGT and include some well-known titles like Ghostbusters Triple Slime, Gypsy Moon and Siberian Storm, plus a few that aren’t seen everywhere like Goldify. It’s a humble selection, but fun. There are 11 jackpot titles.
There are only 8 table games here, a little disappointing, but at least it’s an option. These are also IGT and are high quality, but perhaps not the flashiest out there. Roulette, blackjack and poker are covered. There are no live dealers here.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is a VIP service at LadyLucks, offering quite a few tempting rewards. These include access to bespoke hospitality events, exclusive VIP promotions, cash birthday bonuses, a VIP only Facebook page with giveaways and a personal account manager. There are even social events. The site details a lot of these benefits, but they are invite-only and tiered.
There does not appear to be a loyalty points for credit system here.
