Casino of Dreams Verdict
If you’re a fan of Microgaming, you’ll be pleased to see everything from classics like Avalon and Thunderstruck to brand-new releases such as Cool Buck and The Heat Is On are on the menu at Casino of Dreams. However, the lack of games from other suppliers might prove frustrating to some. The distinct lack of bonuses and promotions combined with the fact that the £4,000 weekly slots tournaments are only open to top VIPs also means you get little value-for-money from your membership.

Design & Usability
With words like “sophistication”, “class”, and “elegance” still at the forefront of our minds, we had high hopes for the website’s design. Unfortunately, we were left underwhelmed. The brand’s logo, which features a shooting star, is very simply drawn, and the predominantly blue colours used throughout the site fail to get us enthused. On the plus side, you can see exactly what games are available thanks to the browsable lobby on the homepage, and there’s a quick launch button for the live chat service attached to the right-hand side.
There are two clear buttons that new players can click on to complete the registration process (via the Join Now link at the top-right and within the welcome offer banner).
Our suspicions were slightly raised when we saw that the navigation menu only gives you three options – Register, Casino Club, and Bank. And, sure enough, we quickly discovered that there’s no Promotions page, no FAQ, and no introduction to the site whatsoever.
Software & Gameplay
So far, there’ve not been many positives to report on regarding Casino of Dreams. However, as the site runs on Microgaming software, there’s light at the end of the tunnel. As well as giving you the chance to enjoy some exceptionally good slots and live dealer games, the software is reliable and easy-to-use. You can also search the lobby for specific games, and browse by eleven different game categories.
Safety & Security
Casino of Dreams is managed by Broadway Gaming Ltd., which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority. The site also bears the eCOGRA logo, and provides further information regarding privacy, security, and payout rates via links at the bottom of the homepage.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use any of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, or Paysafecard. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are £10 and £20 respectively. Withdrawals are free but are limited to one transaction every seven days. Although withdrawals are processed every weekday, the terms and conditions say that requests are processed within seven days.
Customer Support
While the support team is very helpful and friendly, and can be contacted 24/7, 7 days a week via email or live chat, it’s disappointing that you can’t get in touch by telephone, nor are there any FAQ to help you self-diagnose your issues.
Bonuses & Promotions
As far as we can tell, Casino of Dreams only offers a 100% welcome bonus, which you can claim by making your first deposit of £10 or more. It must be used within four days and is subject to 40x wagering requirements. The terms and conditions fail to state the maximum bonus you can claim, and you should also be aware that the most you can withdraw from wagers placed using bonus funds is 10x the value of the bonus awarded, i.e. if you claim £10, you can only withdraw a maximum of £100.
There’s no Promotions page nor any mention of other bonuses bar those offered through the loyalty scheme.
T&Cs: 18+, 40x wagering required before withdrawal (game weighting applies), 7 day expiry for free spins, Max bet £6.25 until wagering requirement completed, T&Cs apply. See site’s Bonus Money Terms & Conditions.
Device Compatibility
There’s no mention of how to play on smartphones or tablets anywhere obvious (although there’s a brief reference in the T’s and C’s), but having checked the iTunes store, we can confirm that there’s a dedicated Casino of Dreams app for iOS devices. It requires iOS 8.0 or later, and offers you a choice of 250+ slots. If you own a non-Apple device, you can login/sign-up via the main Casino of Dreams website through your mobile web browser.
Variety & Originality
The desktop site boasts 7 live casino games, including Live Baccarat, Live Three Card Poker, Live Caribbean Stud Poker, Live French Roulette, and Live Casino Hold’em. There are 140+ video slots including Immortal Romance, Cool Buck, Emperor of the Sea, Avalon, Thunderstruck II, and Rhyming Reels – Georgie Porgie. You can also choose from 11 jackpot games (e.g. Mega Moolah Isis, Major Millions, Jackpot Deuces, and King Cashalot), and 70+ three-reel slots such as Bar Bar Black Sheep, Diamond Sevens, and Double Magic.
The table and card game categories include Roulette (Multi-Wheel, American, European, etc.), Blackjack (Vegas Downtown, Classic, Atlantic City Gold, etc.), Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat, Craps, and Cyberstud Poker. Plus, there are more than 25 types of video poker to discover, including Double Joker Power Poker, Louisiana Double Poker, Deuces Wild, and Tens or Better.
Under Casual Games, you’ll find some interesting choices ranging from Pharaoh Bingo, Keno, and Red Dog to Sic Bo, Three Wheeler, and Germinator.
Overall, there’s a good amount of games to choose from but no exclusives, and you won’t find any other software providers than Microgaming.
Loyalty & Rewards
Every funded player can collect loyalty points by playing games with cash or bonus money. 100 points are worth £1, and you can exchange them for casino bonus funds once you’ve accumulated 500 LPs.
In addition, there’s a five-tier VIP club which lets you unlock perks as you progress through the levels. The benefits include bonuses of £5 to £50 on Mondays, 10 to 25 free spins on Thursdays, birthday bonuses of free spins, and free entry to slots tournaments. Unfortunately, there’s no way of knowing what you must do to progress to the next level, but Casino of Dreams says you’ll be notified by email once you qualify for a promotion.
