WTG Bingo Verdict
WTG Bingo would make a good starting point for anyone who’s new to the online bingo scene. Sadly, it doesn’t offer anything exclusive like one of its sister sites (Rocket Bingo) does, but if you’re new to Jumpman’s 15 Network, you should find that there’s a good balance between bingo rooms and side games, and there are some appealing VIP benefits to take advantage of.

Design & Usability
Bright and breezy colours make the WTG Bingo website look highly appealing, and because much of the colour scheme is blue, male players shouldn’t find it off-putting like some bingo sites which go mad with too much pink.
There’s a picture of a young woman in jeans and a t-shirt sat next to a pile of shopping bags celebrating a win at the site on her mobile phone, which fits nicely with the theme as well as confirms that mobile devices are supported.
The main menu runs across the top of the homepage, and next to it, there are links to WTG’s Twitter and Facebook accounts. A scrolling list of the latest big winners sits on the right with the Mega Wheel welcome offer advertisement on its left.
Underneath the section marked “Featured Games”, there’s a personal introduction to WTG Bingo, which is one of several brands on the 15 Network.
Software & Gameplay
15 Network sites including WTG Bingo run on proprietary software made by the operator, Jumpman Gaming.
In our experience, the software is quick, reliable, and user-friendly. You can use the bingo schedule to see what upcoming games there are, how much tickets cost, what prizes are available, and how many players are in each room. The slots and casino games can be viewed by a variety of categories and filters.
The downside of the platform is that the bingo rooms only open at certain times of the day, and there aren’t that many 75-ball games.
Safety & Security
WTG Bingo is regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and the presence of a privacy policy, responsible gaming page, and use of SSL encryption indicate that the operator takes the safety of its players very seriously. The site also uses independently tested and approved RNG (Random Number Generator) software to ensure fair and random game outcomes.
Payments & Withdrawals
WTG Bingo accepts a reasonably varied range of banking methods, including Pay by Mobile Paysafecard, Paypal, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa.
You can deposit and cash-out £10 or more per transaction. Withdrawing your winnings isn’t as quick as we would like as once you’ve submitted a withdrawal request, it can be reversed for the first 72 hours, after which, it’s processed by the finance team and can take another three business days to reach your chosen account.
Customer Support
There are three ways to get help at WTG Bingo. The first option is self-help, and if you look at the FAQs, you’ll find plenty of useful information on managing your account, using the banking system, and bonuses. If self-help isn’t an option for your issue, you can get in touch with the support team via email or live chat. However, the availability of the live chat service is less than ideal as it only operates from 9.30 AM until 6 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Bonuses & Promotions
Once you’ve completed the registration form, the WTG team gives you the opportunity to spin the 15 Network’s Mega Wheel by making an initial deposit of £10 or more. The Mega Wheel is a special bonus wheel which re-depositors can play as well as newbies, and it contains prizes like free spins on Fluffy Favourites and Starburst (N.B., up to 500) and Amazon vouchers. But, be warned as not only are you not guaranteed to win a prize, but if you do scoop some free spins, you’ll need to play through any free spins winnings a jaw-dropping 65x times before you can convert them to real cash.
Despite the higher-than-average bonus wagering requirements, WTG Bingo has some appealing promotions, although none of them are unique to the site. During Happy Hours, you can win up to 500 free spins, you can enjoy free daily games with real-money prizes, win up to £10k in the site’s jackpot games, and earn double daily cashback during your first month as a member.
Device Compatibility
WTG Bingo is designed to work on all devices. So, whether you prefer to sit at your desktop playing on your PC or on the bus to work via your smartphone, you can log in and play at any time using any compatible web browser.
Variety & Originality
WTG Bingo has five bingo rooms. There’s a free room for non-funded and funded players, a VIP free room for VIP members, a £1k Pay Day Jackpot room that opens once-a-month, a Lucky Stars room where tickets only cost 1p to 5p, and a Fair and Square room that runs penny games.
But, it’s not all about bingo because there’s also a colossal collection of slots, plus some video poker games, instants, and casino games. Titles range from Asgard, Wolf Gold, Shaman’s Dream, Phoenix Fire, and Chilli Heat to Fluffy Too, Bonanza, Rainbow Riches Drops of Gold, Diamond Strike, and Temple of Isis.
Sadly, as WTG Bingo is a networked site, the games library isn’t original and there are no exclusive games to play.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP programme revolves around Kudos, and as you earn more Kudos each time you make deposits and play real cash games, you get closer to the next VIP tier.
There are five levels in total, and the bottom one entitles you to birthday bonuses and daily free spins. Daily cashback is offered from level two onwards, and at the higher levels, the amount of daily free spins and cashback increases considerably.
Overall, the scheme offers reasonable benefits, but you do have to spend significant sums of cash to make it anywhere near the top two levels.
