What we recommend instead
Omnia Casino Verdict
We so wanted to like Omnia Casino. After all, with sister sites like Shadow Bet, Cashmio, and Casino Pop, we quite right had high expectations. The concept of a personalised playing experience is great, but the brand fails to deliver due to complex navigation, missing pages such as Help, limited customer support options, and the lack of VIP scheme. If you have the patience to stick around, you may find that you get used to the odd interface, but for new players in particular, there are far more user-friendly online casinos to choose from.

Design & Usability
Now, we’re all for a quirky site design, but Omnia Casino takes being “different” a little too far. It’s quite hard to find your way around unless you have an account, so don’t expect to be able to check out the available games or promotions unless you’re prepared to sign-up first. In fact, it’s awfully tempting to click the “Feedback” link on the right-hand-side to give the operator a heads-up.
The welcome bonus is a little cryptic, and there’s no menu to speak of. Not even the brand’s logo appears on the homepage, and the blue-and-white colour scheme fails to make the casino stick in your mind without any other visual excitement bar text.
Software & Gameplay
In this instance, the software isn’t particularly user-friendly due to the way that Omnia Casino is designed. For instance, you can’t browse the full games lobby – instead, you’re presented with a bunch of “hand-picked games” and offered a search facility, which is all well and good if your name’s Mystic Meg.
However, once you’ve found what you’re looking for, your chosen game loads fairly quickly, although there’s no option to play full-screen. The cashier system is much easier to use in comparison.
Safety & Security
Omnia Casino is managed by MT SecureTrade Limited, which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority.
The site uses the leading payment methods to ensure that payments are processed safely and securely, and HTTPS is used. Due to the lack of Help page, we were unable to find any information about the SSL certificate or RNG software.
Payments & Withdrawals
Although the banking options are limited to Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, and Trustly, withdrawals are processed very quickly – within 24 hours.
Customer Support
Once you’ve located the “Contact Us” link all the way down in the website’s footer and clicked on it, you’d expect to end up on some sort of Help page listing contact details. Instead, the link simply launches your email account and auto-fills the addressee. From what we can tell, this is the only way you can get hold of the customer support team, which is very unimpressive.
Bonuses & Promotions
The only visible promotion on the site is the welcome offer, which lets you double your first deposit of £10 up to £100. You also get fifty free spins on Twin Spin. Please be aware that deposits via Skrill or Neteller are excluded from the offer. Before you can withdraw any winnings, you must play through both your deposit and bonus thirty times within thirty days.
The homepage and “About Us” page both talk about personalised offers, but as a newly-registered member, we’ve yet to receive any special offers via email or text.
Device Compatibility
Although there’s no reference to it on the website, a search of the iTunes store turned up an Omnia Casino app which is designed in a similar fashion to the desktop site. You can also log-in using a mobile web browser.
Variety & Originality
According to the “About Us” page, there are over 500 games to choose from. However, as you’re only presented with hand-picked games and a search box, it’s very hard to see exactly what’s on offer. But, if you click on the “Search” link in the menu, there are various filters you can apply which include game categories such as Video Slots, Video Poker, Jackpots, Table Games, Classic Slots, Live Casino, and Roulette, plus software manufacturers including Thunderkick, Side City, NextGen, Quickspin, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution, Scientific Games, Red Tiger, Elk, and Genii.
Loyalty & Rewards
Once you open an account with Omnia Casino, you’ll find a tab called Rewards on the main page. It shows any offers (such as the welcome bonus) that you’re currently entitled to, a box where you can enter a “Secret Code”, and a list of items that you can purchase from the online store which consist of free spins for popular slots. There doesn’t appear to be any other kind of loyalty programme or VIP scheme.
