Wild Slots Verdict
Wild Slots is a bit of a mixed bag. It has its high points such as fast cashouts, great customer service, a wide range of payment methods for international players, and a clear commitment to player safety and security. It also has low points, which include high bonus wagering requirements, a less-than -great homepage design, and a more than passing resemblance to its sister site, Casino Luck.

Design & Usability
Even on large computer monitors, the Wild Slots website dedicates way too much of its homepage to graphics and fails to include much text, and there’s not even an introduction to the brand unless you go hunting in the website’s footer for the “About” page.
The menu runs down the left-hand side, and allows you to open an account, log-in, look at the different game types, launch the live chat service, view the VIP and Promotions pages, or change the default language.
There’s also no scroll bar, so if you want to move down to see what’s beneath the welcome banner, your finger and computer mouse have to do all the hard work.
In a nutshell, it’s not the most poorly designed online casino we’ve ever encountered (for example, we didn’t find any broken links), but the homepage could definitely be more informative and user-friendly.
Software & Gameplay
Wild Slots runs on Aspire Global software, a white label i-gaming solution which is also used at WixStars Casino. The software provides you with top-quality graphics and seamless gameplay, as well as a modern and easy-to-use instant-play interface. The banking system is also well-designed and allows you to make fast and secure deposits and withdrawals.
Safety & Security
Wild Slots is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. The site uses an independently tested random number generator from iTech Labs, and publishes its policies on fair play, security, privacy, and responsible gaming.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use any of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Entropay, iDEAL, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, ClickandBuy, or EcoCard. N.B., there are plenty of other banking methods for international customers.
Although there’s no option to deposit/withdraw by Paypal, Wild Slots redeems itself by providing super-fast withdrawal processing. Requests take a maximum of two business days to be processed, but they’re often dealt with in mere hours, and there are no fees to pay.
You can withdraw up to £7,000 per month unless you’re a VIP with a higher withdrawal limit.
Customer Support
The customer care team only work from 8 AM to 1 AM from Monday to Sunday, and you can contact them by email, telephone, or live chat.
Bonuses & Promotions
When you open an account with Wild Slots, you can claim a 100% welcome bonus worth up to £100 plus 100 free spins on the Wild Wild West slot. Then, on your second day of being a member, you can snap up a 50% reload bonus of up to £100. You must deposit a minimum of £20 to qualify for each bonus, and you can only cash-out any winnings related to your bonuses after you’ve met the 50x wagering requirements.
Members of Wild Slots can enjoy a monthly 50% reload bonus up to £100 when they make a qualifying deposit during the first seven days of a new month. Again, the wagering requirements are 50x.
Typically, there’s at least one monthly or seasonal promotion on offer. Last time we visited, the site was running a promo called Summer Surprises – a four-day celebration that allows players to claim up to 200 extra spins, surprise bonuses, and match bonuses.
Device Compatibility
Although there’s an iOS app called Wild Slots, it’s not affiliated with this casino. In fact, oddly, there’s no mention of device compatibility anywhere on the website. But, if you visit the mobile slots site on your tablet or mobile phone, you can create an account and play on-the-go.
Variety & Originality
Wild Slots isn’t original in its choice of games as it offers the exact same selection as that of its sister site, Casino Luck. However, there’re an awful lot of software suppliers’ slots to choose from, including Microgaming, Quickspin, NextGen, Netent, IGT, Betsoft, Elk Studios, and Play’n Go.
There are live dealer games to choose from, including Live Baccarat, Live Immersive Roulette, Live Auto Roulette, and Live VIP Blackjack, but the non-live table and card games are limited to just Joker Poker, Jacks or Better, Roulette Pro, Blackjack, Roulette Lounge, and Roulette Royal.
In addition, there are ten scratch cards and a concise collection of instant games which ranges from Bingo Bonanza, Darts, and Lucky Charms to Disko Keno, Candy Tale, and Diamond Duet.
Annoyingly, you can’t filter the slots by jackpot games, and as far as we can see, Mega Fortune is the only one that’s available.
Loyalty & Rewards
Although Wild Slots claims to have an exclusive VIP club, it’s actually the same one that used at its sister site, Casino Luck. It consists of seven VIP levels – New Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium, and Prestige. As you unlock each level, you become eligible for more perks such as a personal account manager, monthly cashback, free-play sessions on Sundays, VIP live tournaments, birthday bonuses, and higher deposit and cash-out limits.
