Britain's Got Talent Games Verdict
While we love the availability of Slingo games, slots, live casino games, and scratch cards on offer at Britain’s Got Talent Games, the lack of flexible payment options, and the fact that the lobby is a replica of Slingo.com with less Slingo games, we’d suggest that you’d be better off joining Slingo rather than BGT Games.

Design & Usability
Britain’s Got Talent Games uses the familiar blue, white, and red colours of the popular TV talent show throughout its website, but aside from the brand’s logo, that’s as far as the BGT imagery goes.
We love there’s a sign-up form that you can complete on the homepage, allowing you to join without having to click through to a separate registration page.
The main advertising banner rotates a little too quickly for our liking and, therefore, proves somewhat distracting when you’re trying to take in the rest of the available information. However, it does showcase two of the site’s star attractions – the fifty free plays sign-up offer and the fact that you can win up to £20,000 cash on its popular Slingo games.
There are three small sections which give you a better idea of what the sign-up promotion entails, how to play via mobile devices, and the types of games you can play.
Software & Gameplay
Britain’s Got Talent Games is powered by Gaming Realms, as is its sister site, Slingo.com. While the software offers a user-friendly interface including the lobby and cashier, and fast-loading games, it doesn’t stock as many Slingo variants as Slingo, neither does it offer any exclusive games.
Safety & Security
Britain’s Got Talent Games is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. An “SSL Transaction Secure Payments” logo indicates that data security is taken seriously, and the terms and conditions mention that an independently audited random number generator is used for accuracy and fairness.

You can use any of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Pay by Mobile. To be honest, it’s a very disappointing selection of banking options for the modern player.
You can deposit a minimum of £10 and withdraw a minimum of £10 per transaction. Withdrawal processing times are not mentioned anywhere on the site.
Customer Support
You can get hold of the support team by live chat, email, telephone, or post, but while the agents work seven days a week, they’re only contactable between the hours of 9 AM and 11 PM.
Bonuses & Promotions
At the time of this review, there were only two promotions live on Britain's Got Talent Games, both Christmas related.
In one promotion, players could wager £10 to earn a prize draw entry to win gadgets like iPhone Xs and LG TVs. Additionally, in the Christmas Calendar promotion, new tournaments, cash prize draws and giveaways were launched every couple of days.
For example, in one Mystery Cash Race, making a bet on the participating games could trigger a random cash prize win of up to £2,000.
While there is no traditional welcome bonus at Britain's Got Talent Games, promotions like these are a lot more interesting, and give players something to put their money towards, rather than an inflated bonus figure.
If these promotions are constantly updated, this is a really big advantage for BGT Games.
Device Compatibility
The section on the homepage that’s titled “Play on Mobile” briefly explains that BGT Games is optimised for all mobile devices, allowing you to play via your web browser and “enjoy the full Britain’s Got Talent Games experience anywhere” you go. There’s a “Find out more” button underneath, but when clicked, it takes you to the slots lobby.
Variety & Originality
Variety isn’t a problem at all at BGT Games. There are plenty of slots to choose from such as Fortunes of Sparta, Genie Jackpots, Jewel Strike, and Mustang Money, and we were pleased to find that brand-new releases are added each week. The casino games include Caribbean Stud, American Roulette, Aces and Eights, 3 Wheel Roulette, Blackjack Pro, and live dealer games while the instant wins include Keno, Diamond Red, Cash Buster, and X Factor Multiplier. There are also three BGT themed scratch cards which offer prizes as big as £150k. If you’re a Slingo fan, you’ll find multiple variants to choose between including Deal or No Deal Slingo, Slingo Britain’s Got Talent, Slingo Extreme, Slingo Riches, Slingo Boom, and Slingo Reel Riches.
The shame is, there’s a distinct lack of originality, as there’s not the full complement of Slingo games that feature at BGT’s sister site, Slingo, and even the three BGT scratch cards are available at both sites. It would, therefore, seem to make more sense to join Slingo rather than BGT Games.
Loyalty & Rewards
Britain’s Got Talent Games appears to operate the same VIP programme as Slingo.com. It consists of two levels – VIP and VIP Platinum – access to which is based on how much you deposit and spend at the site every week. If you qualify, you’ll be contacted by the support team.
The VIP perks are fairly attractive, and include cashback, a VIP account manager, birthday gifts, a VIP welcome bonus, express withdrawals, and invitations to hospitality events. BGT Games also states that VIP members are regularly given the opportunity to participate in VIP-only promotions, where recent winners have scooped impressive prizes such as Coldplay concert tickets, an iPad Air 64B, and a hospitality day at the races.
It’s just a shame that there’re no loyalty rewards on offer for players who don’t wager enough to be considered worthy of VIP status.
