bCasino verdict

bCasino is a newly-launched offering from GS Technology Ltd, which appears to be a new UK-registered operator that holds a full UKGC license. bCasino offers its members a broad range of games from both big and small software manufacturers including Play’n GO, NextGen Gaming, Aristocrat, Lightning Box Games, and Elk Studios. The site claims to be “the only UK online casino that’s truly created with players in mind” and strives to “offer more than the same old games and promotions”. But, does it live up to its promises?

design & Usability

We know that you should never judge a book by its cover, but bCasino looks very promising at first glance. It has a slick and bright red-and-white colour scheme that’s offset by black-and-grey menus and banner headers. It also presents its latest sign-up offers in the top section of its website, using high-rendered images of various London cityscapes with personalised touches such as a red London bus bearing a bCasino ad and a bCasino land-based casino.

The main menu is kept nice and simple with just three options to choose from: Home, Promotions, and Live Casino, next to which is a green “Play Now” button. To create an account, you can either click on the welcome offer advert or click the Sign Up link at the top-right. There are two sticky tabs on the right-hand-side – one for Help and one which lets you search for particular games.

You can view the full games lobby by scrolling further down the homepage, and the offerings are laid out in an orderly format using several category tabs.

customer Support

We couldn’t find any information regarding the opening hours of the online support team, but we’ve found on every visit that the live help system has been online, so it could well operate 24/7. You can get help via email or live chat, but not telephone. It would be good to see an FAQ page added so that players have the chance to solve their own queries without having to seek assistance.

bonuses & Promotions

There’s something for everyone on bCasino’s Promotions page, starting with the welcome package. As a new customer, you can help yourself to three bonus offers worth a maximum total of £1,200 and 100 free spins. To claim, simply follow the steps below:

  • Make your first deposit of £20+ and get a 100% bonus up to £500 and 50 free spins;

  • Make your second deposit of £20+ and get a 50% bonus up to £200;

  • Make your third deposit of £20+ and get a 125% bonus up to £500 and 50 free spins.

Please be aware that you must also enter the welcome package promo code prior to claiming. The wagering requirements are 30x which we feel is quite reasonable, and maximum you can cash-out with your bonus is £5,000.

Other special offers include Monday Madness (get a £15 bonus when you deposit £10), Weekend Free Spins (claim fifty free spins when you deposit £10 or more), the Daily Reload Bonus, Live Dealer Deposit Bonus, and Cashback Wednesday.

software & Gameplay

bCasino runs on proprietary software, which allows for easy navigation of the website and the games lobby. Games are separated into multiple categories, and the London theme is used throughout the site.

device Compatibility

The lack of information about mobile play is a big oversight on the operator’s part. But, at least, we’ve discovered that you can play games on the move just by visiting bCasino on your tablet or smart-phone’s mobile browser.

safety & Security

bCasino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. However, although the “About Us” page states that the brand has “an emphasis on fair gaming” and “state-of-the-art security”, there’s nowhere where this is explained in more detail.

variety & Originality

bCasino has both an online casino and a live casino, and the games are supplied by Aristocrat, NextGen, Ainsworth, Elk Studios, Lightning Box Games, Nektan, Playson, Extreme Live Gaming, and Play’n GO.

In the casino, you’ll find Hot Games, Card and Table Games, New Games, Video Slots, and Other Games. Some examples of each category type follow beneath:

  • Hot Games – Foxin’ Wins, 7 Sins, Hong Kong Tower, Viking Gods: Thor & Loki, and Wild Toro;

  • Card and Table Games – Mini Baccarat, All American Double Up, Beat Me, and European Blackjack;

  • New Games – Legacy of Egypt, Foxin’ Wins Football Fever, Sweet Alchemy, and Re-Spin Rhino;

  • Video Slots – Gold King, Wonder Hounds, Cleo’s Wish, Marioni Show, and Funky Chicken;

  • Other Games – Wild Sevens, Hole in One, and Triple Chance Hi-Lo.

The live casino is powered by Extreme Live Gaming, and allows you to play on tables like Golden Ball Roulette, Ra Roulette, Live Blackjack, Lucky Lady’s Roulette, and Super 6 Baccarat.

payments & Withdrawals

You can fund your account with MasterCard, Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Pay.com, Pay by Mobile, Instant Banking, ecoPayz, and Paysafecard. It’s unfortunate that there is no Paypal support, and not much information is given about withdrawal processing times, handling fees, or minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.

VIP Programme

Under the “My Account” page, there’s a tab for VIP which allows you to convert comp points into cash. However, we cannot find any further information about a loyalty or VIP scheme on the website.

conclusion

bCasino is well-designed and attractive to look at, and the range of games, promotions, and welcome package are fairly impressive. But, we feel that the operator needs to address the missing information on mobile compatibility, withdrawal processing times and fees, and the VIP scheme.
