The slow speed of the site is disappointing, but we appreciate that this could be due to temporary technical issues rather than a permanent problem. VIP Riches is not as well-designed as some of the other brands that operate on Nektan software such as Gameburst. The main problem is that the homepage displays a very limited amount of information, and it’s not until you click on the red “View All” button (which actually refers to the selection of available games) that you’re redirected to a more meaningful page where you gain access to other sections such as promotions.
The website also seems quite sluggish and slow to respond to user actions, which leaves us wondering whether it runs on a cheaper operating budget than some of its sister sites which means it doesn’t have as much dedicated bandwidth.
Once you’ve navigated your way to the games lobby, it becomes much easier to find what you’re looking for.
