What we recommend instead
Secret Slots Verdict
Secret Slots is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it boasts an excellent selection of slots and an exclusive daily rewards game. On the other, it fails to provide 24/7 customer support, includes excessive wagering requirements in its free spins bonuses, and expects you to spend an obscene amount of money to make it even half-way up its loyalty ladder.

Design & Usability
Secret Slots underwent a makeover in 2017, changing its backdrop from a stunning image of Las Vegas by night to a plain white background. Unfortunately, we feel that the site looked better beforehand, as the new black-and-white colour scheme is rather dull in comparison, plus the pictures of a twenty-something female putting her finger to her lips and giving you the thumbs-up feel clichéd and naff.
But, despite our issues with the website’s design, is it user-friendly? Well, unfortunately, we’ve a few issues with this too as there’s no navigation menu, and the majority of sections on the homepage which look like you should be able to click on them to gain further information turn out not to be clickable after all. Even the “Join Now” button isn’t listed where you’d expect to find it at the top of the page next to the login area; instead, it’s located in the ad banner for the first deposit bonus.
Software & Gameplay
Like its Tau Gaming and Cassava Enterprises sister sites, Secret Slots runs on Dragonfish software. While Dragonfish bingo software is user-friendly, the casino software isn’t as well-designed. For example, the lobby is rather overcrowded and there aren’t many categories to filter on. However, we do like that you can browse Hot and Cold slots to see which games are currently offering the highest and lowest payouts so that you can choose which slots to play and which to avoid.
Safety & Security
Secret Slots is licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission, and is also regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. The “eCOGRA Safe and Fair” logo is located at the bottom of the website, and the FAQs let you know that player security and privacy is ensured through the use of 128-bit SSL encryption. Further information regarding Fair Play, Privacy, Terms and Conditions, and Responsible Gaming can be found in the website’s footer.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use any of the following payment methods: Paypal, Paysafecard, Entropay, Neteller, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Wire Transfer. The Banking Policy states that the minimum deposit amount is £10, and you can deposit £10,000 per day, £15,000 per week, and £25,000 per month unless you have negotiated different amounts with the customer service team. You can withdraw a minimum of £10 per transaction, and submit up to three withdrawal requests per day. You can cancel/reverse your payout requests within the first 48 hours, after which, they will be processed.
Customer Support
Secret Slots does not offer a live chat service, so if you need help, your only options are to call the toll-free number listed on the Contact page between 9 AM and 1 AM from Monday to Sunday, or send an email. The average response time for emails is 48 hours.
Bonuses & Promotions
When you sign-up and make your first deposit of £10 or above using the promo code SECRET, you’ll get a £10 bonus which you can use on over 300 online slots, including Mega Fortune, Pixies of the Forest, Rainbow Riches, and Starburst, Plus, you can claim ten free spins with your second qualifying deposit. The welcome bonuses must be wagered through 35 times before you can withdraw any winnings, and any money that you make from your free spins (N.B., which is capped at £50) must be played through an astronomical 100 times. We don’t know about you, but we’d probably choose to forgo the free spins offer on this basis.
The Daily Classic is a site-exclusive game which you can unlock once a day by making a deposit to your account. You can claim up to five spins on each game, and if you reveal three Daily Classic symbols, you’ll receive a prize of bonus money, real cash, or free spins the following day.
Secret Slots also publishes daily offers such reload bonuses, so make sure that you regularly check the Promotions page for details.
Device Compatibility
As there’s no Mobile page or mention of a mobile casino anywhere we could see, we went on previous experience of playing at Dragonfish casinos to confirm that you can play on your smartphone or tablet by visiting the main Secret Slots website and creating an account as you would on your desktop.
Variety & Originality
Like other Tau Gaming online casinos like Deal or No Deal Spins, Secret Slots offers you a choice of over 300 slot games from NetEnt, IGT, 888, and WMS. There are popular slots like Pixies of the Forest, Irish Eyes 2, Starburst, Foxin’ Wins, and Fluffy Favourites alongside brand-new releases such as Sharknado, Frozen Inferno, and Hercules High and Mighty. But, as Secret Slots only stocks slot games, the selection doesn’t feel very original.
Loyalty & Rewards
Although it’s poorly advertised, Secret Slots does operate a loyalty programme, the details of which you can find by clicking on “My Account”. There are twelve loyalty levels in total, and at Level 1, you get daily free spins which are wager-free; at Level 4 and above, you start qualifying for cashback; at Level 8, you get a VIP account manager and the chance to take part in VIP tournaments, and at Level 12, you’re rewarded with a luxury gift.
On the surface, the loyalty programme seems quite good, but we were shocked by the cumulative wagering requirements you’re expected to meet to unlock each level:
Level 1 = £1;
Level 2 = £470;
Level 3 = £1,590;
Level 4: £4,500;
Level 5: £21,000;
Level 6 = £46,000;
Level 7 = £100,000;
Level 8 = £225,000;
Level 9 = £500,000;
Level 10 = £1,500,000;
Level 11: £2,500,000;
Level 12 = £5,000,000.
