Rocket Slots Verdict
If you prefer playing slots over casino games and instants, and you’re not too bothered about claiming bonuses, then Rocket Slots might just fit the bill. But, for players who don’t want to be stuck trying to meet overly high wagering requirements, this isn’t the right site to join.

Design & Usability
Rocket Slots uses a dark blue background to portray a view of outer space. Among the hundreds of stars, you’ll find the Rocket Slots logo at the top of the screen, which has been cleverly designed to use a space rocket’s window to form the ‘O’ of Rocket while the word ‘Slots’ looks like a five-reel slot with a handle attached to its right-hand side. The biggest use of space is given over to the welcome offer which encourages you to sign up and spin the Mega Reel to win rewards. There’s also a list of featured slots and a list of recent winners.
The only problem with the dark blue colour scheme is that it makes the main menu a little hard to read as the font used in the menu system is also blue. But, other than this, the website is well laid out and easy to find your way around.
Software & Gameplay
The software that Rocket Slots runs on is made by Jumpman Gaming, and although it’s fairly basic compared to Playtech and Microgaming casino software, we’ve found it relatively error-free, reliable, and easy to use.
You can browse the games lobby using the rows of thumbnails provided, although it would be nice if there were overviews of each game, and the ability to favourite them and play them in real-money mode. The slot games are also separated from the instant games, which is good.
Safety & Security
Rocket Slots holds both a UK Gambling Commission license and an Alderney Gambling Control Commission license. Further information on privacy and security can be found in the privacy policy. The site uses SSL encryption, a secure URL, and an independently tested random number generator (RNG).
Payments & Withdrawals
You can fund your account via Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Paypal or Pay by Mobile. You can deposit and withdrawal a minimum of £10 and £30 per day respectively, and withdrawal requests are subject to a 48-hour pending period after which they take between three and five days to process.
The banking options available are a marked improvement on some of Jumpman’s networks where you can only pay by debit or credit card, but we’d still like to see the e-wallet methods expanded to include Neteller and Skrill, as well as the minimum withdrawal amount reduced to £10-£20.
Customer Support
There are three ways to get in contact with the customer service team – email, live chat (Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 6 PM), and WhatsApp (Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 6 PM). While we appreciate the innovative decision to include WhatsApp as a contact method, we feel that the support hours should be extended to cover evenings and weekends, and there also needs to be a telephone option.
Bonuses & Promotions
The Mega Reel is open to all new players who make an initial deposit of £10 or more, as well as existing members on each deposit of £20 or more. The prizes are randomised, so you could win ten free spins or up to five hundred free spins or a £10 Amazon voucher. The Mega Reel terms and conditions are very lengthy and we strongly advise you to read them to avoid disappointment. They mention 65x wagering requirements, the maximum amount that you can win with your free spins, and also state that winning a prize is not guaranteed.
The promotions at Rocket Slots are shared across the Jumpman Slots network, so it’s a shame that there are no exclusive offers or even seasonal specials. But the promotions that are available do seem to cover most slot players’ needs such as a VIP scheme which awards weekly cashback, weekly Spinathon tournaments, free spins competitions, and a Sunday wagering competition where you can win free pizza vouchers.
Device Compatibility
There’s no way of knowing whether your mobile device is compatible without checking for yourself, as there’s hardly any information about playing via mobile phones and tablets. From our experience, we’ve found that the majority of Android, Windows, and iOS devices work fine, but as there are no mobile slot apps provided, you can only play via the main Rocket Slots website.
Variety & Originality
There are just under 300 games to choose from, most of which are slot games. Approximately five software providers are represented in the games lobby – Pariplay, NYX Interactive, Elk Studios, NetEnt, and Eyecon. Some of the slot games mentioned on Rocket’s “Hot Slots” list include Irish Eyes 2, White Wizard Deluxe, Jack and the Beanstalk, Dr Love, Fluffy Jackpot, Piggy Riches, and Foxin’ Wins.
The instant games range from Big Money Slingo, Crossword Cash, Cash Buster Towers, and Tennis Scratch to Lucky Keno, Spin Lotto, Mega Love, and Cash Cuisine. You can also play a small selection of casino games and video poker games such as Jacks or Better, Texas Hold’em, American Roulette, and Blackjack.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP scheme at Rocket Bingo lets you collect one Kudos for every £1 that you deposit. You automatically start off as a Newbie, and to reach Expert, Pro, VIP or Legend VIP level, you’ll need to earn 101+, 1,001+, 2,501+ or 5,000+ Kudos respectively. As you progress through the VIP system, the benefits become more generous. For example, at Expert level, you’re entitled to birthday bonuses, 1% weekly cashback, and five free spins when you deposit £20, but at Legend level, you get birthday bonuses, 10% weekly cashback, and fifty free spins with every deposit of £20 or more.
