Slots52 Verdict
Like Dragonfish, Jumpman Gaming has decided to capitalise on its successes by creating the Jumpman Slots network. The only problem with this is that, as each new site launches, the exclusivity of the network’s games and promotions is diluted. So, if you’ve already played at a Jumpman Slots site, it seems pretty pointless joining another. However, if you’re a first-time visitor to both Jumpman Slots and Slots 52, you may find the variety of games and offers exciting.

Design & Usability
Compared to some of the other Jumpman Slots brands that launched in 2017 such as Wizard Slots, the effort that appears to have been put into the design of Slots52 is minimal. The pink-and-blue logo sits at the top of the screen in modest neon lights while a sign states “Open 24 Hours” on the right-hand side. We’re wondering whether these are supposed to be vague references to New York’s famous Studio 52 nightclub? Whether they are or not, the plain blue and purple background seems dull and uninviting, and the overall design looks rather cheap.
Looks aside, Slots52 is fairly easy to navigate thanks to its simple menu system and members area when players can sign-in or sign-up at the top of the homepage. There’s also a banner which displays an overview of the welcome offer and a scrolling list of “Latest Winners” although we’re unsure whether the latter only includes wins gained on Slots52 or across the Jumpman Slots network as a whole.
Software & Gameplay
Although the software (which is provided by Jumpman Gaming) seems reliable and relatively fast, games don’t open in a separate window which makes it hard top-up your account with funds or cash-out without having to exit out of the game.
The lobby includes six different categories (Hot Slots, Newest, A-Z, My Faves, and Instant), as well as a search box, but there is no way to favourite games or play them in demo mode.
Safety & Security
Slots52 is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. The site’s SSL certificate is supplied by McAfee while the games are tested for fairness by SQS (independent Random Number Generator auditors).
Payments & Withdrawals
You can fund your account using Pay by Mobile, Paypal, Paysafecard, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa, and to give players a wider range of banking options, we’d like to see Neteller, Skrill, and Entropay included. The minimum amount that you can withdraw is £30, which we feel is a little on the high side, and withdrawal requests take between 3 and 5 working days to process.
Customer Support
It’s good to see that members can use the live help service to get assistance, but on the downside, there’s no telephone support – just live chat, email, and (interestingly) WhatsApp. Plus, the advertised support hours are 9.30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, so if you get stuck in the evening or over the weekend, you’ll continue to be stuck until the team gets back into work. It would also be good to see an FAQ section added.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome offer offered by Jumpman Slots brands involves a game called Mega Reel. You get one spin on the Mega Reel once you’ve made your first deposit of £10, and although the advertising banner states that you can win up to 500 free spins on Starburst, the terms and conditions say that the prizes vary from free spins to Amazon vouchers. We highly recommend that prospective players thoroughly read the Ts and Cs as they contain several pieces of information that could otherwise catch you out. For example, “winning a prize is not guaranteed”, if you close the offer’s pop-up, you won’t be able to claim your Mega Reel spin, and you must meet the 65x wagering requirements before you can convert and withdraw any of your bonus winnings.
New players can also take advantage of a double cashback deal on their losses during the first month, and future deposits of £20 or more entitle you to another spin on the Mega Reel.
Slots52 also runs networked promotions such as Happy Hours (win free spins every Wednesday evening), Pizza Club, Weekly Spin-a-Thon, and Turbo Reel.
Device Compatibility
The only mention of device compatibility comes courtesy of the brief intro at the bottom of the homepage which says that you can “play anywhere, anytime on your mobile or tablet”. It would be helpful if the operator added that to play on a mobile, you must log-in via the Slots52 website using your mobile web browser.
Variety & Originality
At the time of our last visit, Slots52 stocked 285 games, the majority of which are slots from NetEnt, Elk Studios, NYX Interactive, Eyecon, and Pariplay. They range from Pandamania, Merry Christmas, and Space Corsairs to Wu-Shi Lion Dance, Fairytale Legends: Hansel and Gretel, and Taiga.
In comparison, there are just nine casino games including American Roulette, Deuces Wild Double-Up, Punto Banco, Blackjack HD, and Casino Hold’em, and a limit selection of instants including Lucky Keno, Atari Star Raiders Scratch, Spin Lotto, Epic Gems, and Rio Bingo.
At the moment, there are no exclusive games on offer.
Loyalty & Rewards
The Slots52 VIP scheme includes five levels – Newbie, Expert, Pro, VIP, and Legend. First-time depositors are automatically enrolled as Newbies, and from there on in, you must collect kudos points to get promoted to the other levels. VIP benefits include birthday bonuses, free spins, and weekly cashback (between 1% and 10%).
