Arcade Spins Verdict
Arcade Spins is lacking a few things, such as regular recurring promotions and casino games, but it does have a fantastic design. The look and feel of the site are memorable, plus the slot selection is very strong. This is a rewarding site, with a lot to offer to old and new players, but needs just a little more to make it special.

Design & Usability
The design of Arcade Spins definitely calls to mind the gaming arcades of the 80s, from the neon colour scheme to the choice of fonts and images. There’s an 8-bit quality to the artwork and text, with plenty of vivid, original background art. This is a very clear and impressive design that doesn’t waste any space. The site is actually so bright that some players may be put off by the crazy amount of colour and characters.
After logging in, the site shows a basic slots lobby page, but spices it up with a randomiser option. This itself is very reminiscent of classic gaming. A smiley face icon hides an expanding menu that gets you around the site. A clearer menu would be better, but it works just fine. Individual pages like Promotions get the same big colour treatment but remain easy to read and browse. There is help on all pages.
Software & Gameplay
The lobby is dominated somewhat by the random button, but it is a nice idea. Under that, there are rows of tiles and the option to show just new or favourites. There are no category buttons, but there is a search option.
The games appear in an overlay, with a large game search panel on the right and a cashier link at the top. A full screen option would be ideal, but the setup does look good.
Safety & Security
Arcade Spins is protected by a secure certificate from GoDaddy, plus it uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect money transactions.
The site is licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. The eCOGRA seal of approval means that this site is fair and tested.
Payments & Withdrawals
Arcade Spins accepts payments via MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, PayPal, PaySafeCard, EntroPay and even wire transfer and phone banking.
The cashier is a simple pop-up with icons to follow, so players can’t go wrong. Withdrawals however can take up to 8 working days.
Customer Support
Clicking the help tab opens a sliding panel, with FAQS and contacts. The FAQ part is very handy, explaining the basics of the sites to players. They can also seek out a full page which is easier to read, from the footer links.
The contacts available are phone and email. It’s a shame to miss out on live chat, but the site does offer 24/7 support and a toll-free number for UK players. The team are polite and quick to assist.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome offer is very modest at Arcade Spins, offering £10 for a £10 deposit, with 10 free spins on top. This is a maximum amount so it’s a lot lower than other sites, but it’s a simple and attractive offer to get yourself started. The bonus is subject to a 40x wagering requirement. The free spins are to be used on Fluffy Favourites and sadly have a maximum cap of £1. In other words, this offer is just for dipping your toes.
Unfortunately, that’s about it for offers here. Hopefully, the site will add more in future.
Device Compatibility
The Arcade Spins mobile site can be found simply by visiting the usual address on a mobile browser. This will work with the majority of current devices. There are unfortunately no apps for this site.
The mobile site greets you with a splash screen with the same branding as the main site, but within it follows more of a template setup. However, the super bright colours stay in place. The page is not easy on the eye, but it is easy to use. Search and swipe work just fine and the game selection is intact.
Variety & Originality
There’s a fair mixture of games at Arcade Spins. While there could be more from major studios, there’s a bit of everything to try out. SG Interactive’s Wonder Woman Gold really stands out, using imagery from the classic Wonder Woman TV series. You’ll also see NetEnt with Starburst and Fairytale Legends. IGT’s Cleopatra game is here, plus there are games from Eyecon and Nyx. Several games are in-house 888 games, such as Nightmare on Elm Street. Progressive jackpots are found on a handful of games, but don’t have their own section.
However, this site has no table games, so fans of blackjack or roulette will have to look elsewhere. There are no live dealer games, either.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is a loyalty section at Arcade Spins, where players can see through a simple visual what they are entitled to and what comes next. Each £1 you add to your account earns 12 points, though exactly how they translate is not clear. However, players will get daily free spins, cashback, a VIP manager, VIP tournaments and a luxury gift for rising through 12 loyalty levels.
