The design of the TLCBet website is pretty basic but on the plus side, it’s functional and straightforward. There’s no brand logo as such – just the word TLCBet and its equivalent in what we think could be Mandarin above it. The Southampton FC club logo (of which the brand is a sponsor) is displayed proudly at the top of the homepage, and to its right, there’s a section to create an account, log-in, request a password reset, join the affiliate scheme, and look at the current promotions.
Underneath the welcome offer section, there’s the games lobby which is split into four categories. And, if you want to visit TLCBet’s sports betting site, all you need to do is click the “Sports” tab on the main menu. If you need assistance, you can instantly launch a live chat session using the red “Chat” tab on the right-hand side.
Software & Gameplay
TLCBet Casino runs on The Gaming Platform (Europe) software, which we assume is the same platform that’s used at its sister sports betting/casino sites. It appears to be a white-label solution, and hence it’s not overwhelmingly attractive or crammed with innovative features, but it does let you play games in demo or real-play mode and choose to play full-screen if you wish.

TLCBet Casino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Players’ payment details are stored in a secure manner in line with PCI Compliance, and the site holds a valid SSL certificate which expires in January 2019. A random number generator (RNG) determines the shuffling and dealing of cards as well as the outcome of every spin.
Payments & Withdrawals
TLCBet Casino lets you make deposits and withdrawals using Neteller, Skrill, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Solo. Unfortunately, you cannot use bank transfer, Paysafecard, Paypal or Entropay at present.

Somewhat annoyingly, the support information is scattered across various pages including “About Us”, “Help” and “FAQ”. The customer service team operate 24/7 and can be contacted via live chat and email, but not telephone.
Bonuses & Promotions
Although TLCBet does one better than some of its sister sites (like BetVision and JenningsBet Casino) by offering a casino welcome bonus, that’s all that you get in the way of promotions unless you’re a sports betting fan. On the plus side, it’s a two-part bonus package that gives you 100% up to £200 on your first deposit of £10 or more and a 50% bonus worth up to £300 on your second deposit of £20 or more. However, the wagering requirements state that you must play through your deposit AND bonus no less than fifty times before you can cash-out your winnings.
Device Compatibility
Although there are a few references to mobile devices dotted around the website, we were unable to find a dedicated Mobile page or section about mobile play in the FAQ/Help guide. Looking at both the Google Play and iOS app stores, there doesn’t appear to be a TLCBet mobile app. But, if you visit TLCBet Casino using a mobile web browser, you can log-in and play games as you would on your desktop.
Variety & Originality
TLCBet Casino makes use of just three software providers – Microgaming, MultiSlot, and Red Tiger – which if you’re used to playing at casinos such as 32Red or Casumo doesn’t seem like a lot.
There four game types to choose between: Slots, Jackpots, Video Poker, and Table Games.
For slots, you have options like Pistoleras, Santa’s Wild Ride, Highlander, The Phantom of the Opera, Hansel & Gretel Treasure Trail, and Lucky Valentine, but there are just twenty slots in total.
For jackpot games (of which there are eleven choices), there are slots like Major Millions, Treasure Nile, Cash Splash 5 Reel, Mega Moolah, and King Cashalot.
There are just five video poker variants – Deuces Wild, Aces and Faces, Aces and Eights, Jacks or Better, and Aces and Faces Power Poker.
Finally, there are sixteen table games (although no live casino games) which range from Premier Roulette Diamond Edition, High Limit Baccarat, and Roulette Single Zero to Mahjong Exchange, Baccarat Gold, and Blackjack Single Deck.
Loyalty & Rewards
TLCBet Casino does not operate a VIP scheme or loyalty points programme, which some potential customers may find disappointing.
