Rolla Casino has shut down as of 16/12/19. We are leaving our review up as an archive.
Rolla Casino claims to be “the world’s fastest casino”, and although we’re not quite sure what this means, it could relate to super-speedy customer service, cash-outs or even the software platform that the site runs on.
What’s a lot clearer is that Rolla is operated by MT SecureTrade Ltd., and, therefore, offers something different from the norm as do its well-known sister sites Dunder, Cashmio, Guts, Shadow Bet, and Wishmaker.
At a glance, you can see that there’s 10% cashback on offer each week, daily tournaments, and even a unique task-based rewards system called Rolla Riches.
It all looks very promising, but how will Rolla Casino fare when our intrepid reviewer performs a closer inspection?
Rolla Casino uses an attractive red-and-white colour scheme that’s reminiscent of 32Red. The “Rolla” logo is made to look handwritten and it cleverly uses a casino chip in place of the “o”.
Along the top of the page, there are three tabs: Games, Tournaments, and Rolla Riches. To the left, there’s a drop-down menu that has additional links such as Rewards and Live Help.
A handy icon for the live chat service appears at the bottom of every page on the site, and in the centre of the homepage, there are two icons that let you choose whether to sign up for an account or log in.
You can get in touch with Rolla’s customer service team via email or live chat but not telephone. The live chat service runs from Monday to Sunday between 9 AM and 1 AM.
As Rolla’s sister sites are famous for offering unique and generous promotions, we were surprised at the casino’s lack of welcome bonus. From our understanding, when Rolla first launched, it did offer a 100% welcome bonus, but this has since been replaced by a 10% weekly cashback offer.
Sadly, the cashback offer doesn’t give you real money. However, the 10x wagering requirements are nice and low, and you can claim up to £500 of your losses back each week.
Rolla Riches are used instead of special promotions and a loyalty scheme. We’ll be covering these later in this review.
Rolla also runs daily tournaments, allowing you to win a share of various prize pools by spinning your way to the top of the tournament leaderboard. Tournaments run throughout the day, and the prizes up for grabs include real cash, bonuses, and free spins. Each tournament runs for a set period of time and you must collect as many points as possible by playing eligible games.
MT SecureTrade’s proprietary software powers Rolla Casino, and it’s particularly impressive. You can play games full-screen, make quick and easy deposits and withdrawals, and search for software providers as well as game titles.
Rolla Casino is optimised for mobile devices and, therefore, no mobile app is necessary.
The mobile casino looks just as good as its desktop counterpart, and it allows you to quickly and easily play your favourite games, manage your account, and participate in tournaments.
Rolla Casino is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. The site is secured by Comodo SSL encryption and fair play is ensured through an independently tested Random Number Generator.
You can browse the games library by clicking on the icons running across the top of the lobby such as Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Live Casino, Video Poker, and Table Games.
There are some top slots to take for a spin, including NetEnt’s Starburst, Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza, and Play’n GO’s Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead.
The live casino is powered by Evolution Gaming and offers you a wealth of choices including Dream Catcher, Live Blackjack, and Auto-Roulette.
There is a myriad of banking options available, including Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, EUTeller, EcoPayz, Sofort, Entercash, Instant Bank Transfer, InstaDebit, and Inpay. Sadly, PayPal is not currently supported.
Many withdrawal requests are processed instantly (N.B., Paysafecard, Neteller, and Skrill) while others take up to three working days.
Rolla Casino’s uses a unique rewards system in place of a traditional VIP programme. The system is called Rolla Riches, and it offers you a series of personalised missions that are completed by playing certain games and taking part in tasks.
Each time that you complete a mission, you’re rewarded with goodies such as real cash, casino bonuses, and free spins. New missions are continually added, so there’s always a treat just around the corner.
Rolla Casino is just as exciting and unique as its sister sites. Although you might be taken aback by the absence of a welcome bonus, you’ll find plenty to enjoy at Rolla including personalised missions, 10% weekly cashback, daily slots tournaments, and a particularly extensive catalogue of games.
