What we recommend instead
Tiger Gaming Verdict
For online casino fans based in the UK, Tiger Gaming fails to hit the mark. There are no loyalty rewards and very few casino-related promotions available and a distinct lack of well-known slots. However, there’s an acceptable amount of live dealer games and table games to choose from. In summary, if you’re hoping for generous welcome and redeposit bonuses, and a wide selection of games to play, you’re best off looking at the casinos listed in our four and five-star rating category.

Design & Usability
The homepage is nicely presented with a smart black, white, and orange colour scheme and high quality graphics. The main menu shows you the full portfolio of options (Join, Sportsbook, Racebook, Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Financials, Promotions, Cashier, and Help). There are also clear links to download the poker client for Windows or Mac, and the current promotions are displayed via a rotating banner.
When you click through to the Casino site, you land directly in the lobby where you can browse the different casino games on offer such as video poker, slots, and table games. We feel it would be better to have some introductory text or a separate casino homepage which explains more about how the casino element of Tiger Gaming works and what’s on offer for new players, as it currently feels like the poor relation of the poker site.
Software & Gameplay
Like its fellow members of the Chico Poker Network, Tiger Gaming runs on Rival software – a platform which is used by many online casinos including BetCave, Slots Capital, 21 Grand, Supernova, and Golden Lion Casino.
Rival software is easy to use and boasts top-quality graphics, plus it allows you to play games instantly or via your Mac/Windows PC. The platform doesn’t just power Tiger Gaming Casino but also supplies many of its games, including slots, roulette, video poker, blackjack, and baccarat.
Safety & Security
With regards to security, Tiger Gaming Casino uses multiple layers of encryption to ensure that online transactions cannot be intercepted. The 128-bit SSL encryption also deters hackers, and two random number generators are used to ensure fair play.
Our main concern regarding player security is that the site only appears to be licensed by Curacao authorities. So, although you can register and play at Tiger Gaming Casino, you will not be protected by the regulatory powers of the UK Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
Tiger Gaming Casino only accepts USD as currency, and allows you to fund your account via Skrill, Instadebit, Wire Transfer, EcoCard, iDebit, Neteller, MasterCard, Visa, UseMyFunds, and Entropay.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are $10 and $25 respectively, and it takes between 24 and 72 hours to cash out your winnings.
Customer Support
Although Tiger Gaming offers 24/7 support, you can only contact the support team via email or post which, in our opinion, isn’t a true 24/7 service as we’d also expect to see telephone and live chat included.
Bonuses & Promotions
Although Tiger Gaming aims to please as many players as possible with its promotions, it’s very apparent that poker and sportsbook offers far outweigh those for casino players.
Also, while it appears that anyone can claim the 100% first deposit bonus by depositing $50 or more, if you take a closer look, you’ll see that you can only fulfil the wagering requirements by earning comp points and comp points are only awarded to those who play real money ring games and poker tournaments. There is, however, a Risk-Free Casino Bet promotion which gives you a refund of up to $25 if your first wager loses, and it’s subject to a 6x wagering requirement.
You can also take advantage of Tiger Gaming’s Risk-Free Horse Wager and Risk-Free Sports Bet promotions. Plus, if you like to play poker on the side, you’ll find plenty of exciting offers ranging from bounty tournaments to weekly $15k GT’s and $20k Sunday tournaments.
Device Compatibility
There is no visible Mobile page on the Tiger Gaming website, and when we tried visiting via a smartphone, we were disappointed to find that the site isn’t optimised for mobile play.
Variety & Originality
If you consider the site as a whole, there’s plenty of choice as you can enjoy sports betting, horserace betting, poker, casino, live casino, and financials betting.
However, as this review mainly concentrates on the online casino offering, we have to say there’s a lot less choice and far fewer ‘big name’ slots than at the majority of top UK casinos operated by sportsbook and poker brands such as 32Red and 888 Casino.
The lobby includes popular table games like Blackjack (e.g. European, American, 6-Deck, and Single Deck), Craps, Roulette (e.g. Single Zero, American, and Zoom), and Poker (e.g. Caribbean, Three Card, Oasis, Pai Gow, and Ride’m). There are also five-reel and three-reel slots such as Wizard’s Castle, Jackpot Jamba, Pharaoh King, and Mermaid’s Pearl, plus 3D slots like Event Horizon, Good Girl Bad Girl, Birds, Mr Vegas, and Kawaii Kitty. Furthermore, there are twelve video poker variants including Multi-Hand Joker Poker, Pyramid Poker Aces and Faces, and Five Draw Poker.
If you visit the Live Casino site via the main menu, you can play live dealer roulette, baccarat, Super6, and Blackjack.
Loyalty & Rewards
Details of the comp point programme are located within the Promotions page. Sadly, it seems that you can only earn comp points by playing at real-money poker tables (N.B. ring games award 1 point per 1c you earn in rake, and tournaments award 100 points for every $1 you pay in fees). There are no loyalty rewards on offer for those of you who only wish to play casino games.
