Midaur Casino Verdict
Midaur Casino has an impressive stock of games, excellent levels of security, and a good VIP rewards system. However, we’d like to see the website made a lot more user-friendly, the withdrawal processing times improved, and the customer support hours extended to 24/7.

Design & Usability
Having reviewed and played our way through hundreds of online casino sites over the years, it’s sad to see that Midaur is far from user-friendly. While it has attractive graphics and advertising banners that show you the latest games, unless you log straight into your existing account, you’re presented with a hotchpotch of uncoordinated information. To start with, the ad banners take up 90% of the screen, although the Sign Up and Log In buttons are visible at the top-right of the homepage. But, the dropdown menu that appears next to these buttons only includes the Code of Conduct, Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
Although there’s a “Help” button fixed to the right-hand-side, it’s barely visible against the backdrop of the ads, and to find anything else of real use such as links to the promotions and bonuses and FAQ, you have to scroll through a lot of random information first.
Update (22/09/17) – Midaur Casino wanted to clarify on how they are constantly working to make Midaur more user-friendly. According to the site, the large ad banners that greet players on the homepage display useful, important information quickly and convieniently for new players, and that once a player is registered, they'll have little need to visit this page again.
Players can also see all the information they need before registering, including device compatibility and licensing information. As we believe this information is key to providing a good user experience, and as testament to the site's commitment to develop and make improvements, we have raised Midaur's design/usability score to four stars.
Software & Gameplay
Midaur runs on bespoke software from Infinity Gaming Solutions Limited. It gives you access to the lobby which includes different tabs for the different types of games, and seems to provide decent load times, although it would be good if the games could also be played in demo/fun mode.
The Cashier system could be more user-friendly as you currently have to load up different pages to move between your available bonuses, personal details, withdrawals, deposits, and loyalty tier.
Update (22/09/17) – Contrary to what is stated above, Midaur Casino's range of slots can be played in demo mode, if a player is unsure on the quality of the game.
Safety & Security

Update (22/09/2017) – Midaur Casino uses geotargetting to offer appropriate payment options to players in certain countries. So, for example, players in Finland will have access to Verkkopankki Online Banking, whereas players who would have no use for this option will never see it.

Midaur’s customer support team can be contacted by live chat between 9 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Friday, via email, telephone, or post. As the telephone number’s area code is for Douglas in the Isle of Man, we suggest that you check for any applicable telephone charges prior to calling.

Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus allows you to claim 150% extra up to a maximum of £50, plus 10 bonus spins, when you sign up at Midaur Casino and deposit at least £10. Before you can withdraw any winnings, you’ll need to meet the 35x wagering requirements.
It seems as though any other promotions are made available through your Account page and email newsletters, and may include free spins offers and deposit bonuses. As we were unable to view any promotions, we cannot determine whether they offer members good value-for-money.
Device Compatibility
There’s no dedicated Mobile page, but the FAQ state that as Midaur’s “platform is compatible for all devices, you can play on your laptop, desktop, tablet, and even your phone”.
It appears that the best way to access the casino is by visiting the website using your mobile web browser as we were unable to locate an iOS or Android app. The FAQ also mentions that not all games are compatible with all devices, but those that will work with your chosen device will be displayed in the mobile casino lobby.

Midaur Casino has a whole host of different games that you can choose from, and as it’s a standalone casino, it’s also an original mix that you won’t find anywhere else.
The lobby is divided into various game categories.
Under Slots, you’ll find the likes of Rainbow Riches, Doubleplay Super Bet, Great Wild Elk, Action Bank, Ivanhoe, and Dragon Spin. Sadly, there do not appear to be any progressive jackpot slots available at present.
