InstaCasino is owned by MT SecureTrade Limited and is the older sibling of brands like Guts, Dunder, and Rizk. InstaCasino was founded back in 2014 and went live in 2015 with a mission to “make it fun, easy, and safe to use” while also providing players with “a great, fast, secure, friendly and unique customer experience”. With an impressive games lobby, exclusive promotions, and a six-part welcome package, InstaCasino should be a casino you’ll fall instantly in love with. But, is this really the case?
When you first arrive at InstaCasino, nothing seems amiss to start with. There are the usual login/sign-up boxes, a scrolling promotions banner, and a browsable games lobby, which are all displayed against a (very) bright, light-coloured background.
It’s only when you start to look around that you notice the lack of other pages, such as FAQ, Banking Methods, and Fair Play, which makes us think that the site design was rushed.
The lobby could also use some clearer sections as you can’t separate out video poker, jackpot games, and instants. Plus, some of the images on the Promotions page lack any text, so you’re unable to see what each offer is about unless you hover your mouse over it.
The only problem with customer support at InstaCasino is that it’s not available 24/7 (only between 7 AM and 11 PM). However, you can speak to someone in person via live chat or telephone, or use the online contact form or email address provided on the Support page. Oddly, there’s no FAQ page, which we feel would be beneficial to new players.
The Promotions page contains all of the latest bonus offers and competitions, and there’s a welcome package just for new members - a 100% deposit bonus up to £200. Pretty straightforward, and a decent size.
Wagering requirements on this bonus come in at a very high 60x though, which is problematic. Plus, the terms and conditions state that table games and video poker games do not contribute at all towards the wagering requirements.
The other promotions (which we might add, are all exclusive to InstaCasino) include Real Spins Rampage (the first 500 players to login and open the game of the month every Saturday night get ten free spins), Spin Thursday (earn twenty free spins with a deposit of £20 or more every Thursday), and Week Starter (pick your own reload bonus at the beginning of the week).
Like its sister site, Guts Casino, InstaCasino uses iGaming Cloud software. It allows you to peruse the lobby by various game categories (including All, Classic Slots, Video Slots, and Live Casino), and the large game icons make it easy to spot your favourites. There are also tags that let you see “Hot”, “Jackpot”, and “New” games, and all of the progressive games display their current jackpot total.
Although you can’t search the lobby by software provider, you can search by features, themes, and volatility, which is helpful.
It’s always frustrating when online casinos fail to make any mention of mobile play, and InstaCasino is one such example. After further investigation, we can confirm that there’s no iOS app available, but most modern devices are compatible with the Instacasino website.
There’s very little written information regarding safety and security, but the website’s footer indicates that Instacasino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. There are also SSL and RNG Certified logos, and the site uses a secure (HTTPS) URL. If you scroll even further down, you’ll see that InstaCasino has also won a number of awards from both the online casino industry and review sites.
There’s a mountain of games to choose from – slots in particular – and WMS, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Betsoft are just some of the software suppliers whose games you’ll find in InstaCasino’s lobby. There are plenty of table games and video poker variants too, but the Live Casino offers some equally impressive options with no less than thirty-four tables to choose from where you can play Live Blackjack, Baccarat, Baccarat Squeeze, Auto-Roulette, Casino Hold’em, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, Speed Baccarat, Double Ball Roulette, Dragonara Roulette, and Immersive Roulette.
You can use any of the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Trustly, Paysafecard, Neteller, ecoPayz, Euteller, or Skrill.
The minimum deposit for the site is £10, while the minimum withdrawal is £20, and withdrawal processing takes as little as 24 hours and up to seven days depending on your chosen banking method.
If you’re hoping to obtain VIP membership or, at the very least, earn loyalty points, we’re afraid you’re out of luck as InstaCasino doesn’t currently offer any type of rewards programme.
With the newest brands from MT SecureTrade Limited (e.g. Dunder, Guts, Rizk, and Cashmio) giving players a unique and extremely user-friendly playing experience, exciting rewards, and level-based gameplay, it’s disappointing that InstaCasino doesn’t come close to rivalling its siblings. That said, it’s a decent and safe casino with an interesting and varied selection of games, but the lack of 24/7 customer support and VIP scheme would put us off becoming regular players.
