Deal or No Deal Casino verdict

Deal or No Deal Casino is not the only site out there to embrace the brand of this popular UK TV show, but it does it well and has a fun style. This is a Gaming Realms PLC site, who also produced Spin Genie and Pocket Fruity, so you can look forward to their famous Slingo games. Let’s see if there’s a good deal in this box.

design & Usability

The look of Deal or No Deal Casino naturally uses some elements from the TV show, such as the iconic red boxes. However, it should be pointed out that this only really occurs on the main graphic panel and the logo. The site background is just a gradient of blue and white. The design looks nice and fun, but it doesn’t scream ‘Deal or No Deal’.

The site is a little squashed, packed into the middle of the screen, with small fonts that may frustrate some users. This is a real oversight and it does leave things looking a bit frumpy, but navigation is still strong. You can register in a few moments here and then hop around site sections using a link column on the left. Your account information sits at the top right, as normal. Most account actions are covered in floating panels.

customer Support

Nip down to the site footer for contact information. There is a small and concise contact page, with links for live chat, email and phone. It’s good to see all three available and the team seem to be very welcoming. The support team are only open 9am to 11pm, but it is 7 days a week.

Unfortunately, the site lacks an FAQ section. Still, players should manage pretty well with what’s on offer.

bonuses & Promotions

The first offer you’ll see on Deal or No Deal Casino is 23 free spins, just for registering a card. This is a nice way to get a free intro to the site, without spending. On the downside, winnings from these spins have a high 60x wagering requirement. There’s also a standard 100% welcome bonus here, on your first deposit, up to a maximum of £100. This again has high requirements, 80x on slots and 60x on Slingo!

The site has a second bonus of 5 free games on Slingo, but sadly that’s about it for promotions. Players should not expect to see new offers and events with each visit.

software & Gameplay

The games are presented on tiles here, but they are very small. The images and text and tiny, a waste of the high-quality artwork, but at least you can view several at once. There is a sorting button and some categories on the left, plus a search box.

The games load in a snap, appearing in a fairly large space. The background is plain, but it does look good. There’s a slight overlay with more games on the right and menu links along the top. It’s a simple setup but a big step up from a plain window.

device Compatibility

This site does not give any details of mobile play, or provide any apps. However, most devices with a mobile browser will be able to access the site.

The mobile version of the site is a little sluggish and like the main site, it feels a touch cramped. However, it still looks good and it’s very easy to use, with games and search there on the front page. Players should have no issues playing all games and accessing their accounts.

safety & Security

Deal or No Deal Casino is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. The site also packs a full responsible gaming area, which details ways to limit your spending.

The site is protected by SSL encryption and a secure certificate provided by GlobalSign. The games are from reputable providers that use tested random number generators.

variety & Originality

Deal or No Deal Casino may surprise some players with a mixture of games, from casual to high graphics. IGT provide several fun video slots, such as Get Clucky and Ghostbusters Triple Slime, with very light-hearted graphics and animation. You’ll also see some big NetEnt titles like Starburst and the classic Rainbow Riches by Barcrest. There are 281 slot games in total. Watch out for Fortunes of Sparta for an epic game with 3D animation.

The presence of Slingo games gives this site some edge, with Deal or No Deal Slingo being the obvious flagship based on the site name. This is a combination of bingo and slots, with unique bonus rounds based on the show. You’ll also find 18 casino games, such as roulette and blackjack, but no live dealer games.

payments & Withdrawals

The depositing menu is very straightforward, with a floating panel display that lets you quickly add a method and details. Withdrawals appear to take the standard 3-5 working days.

This site is limited in payment methods. They accept MasterCard and Visa, or you can pay by mobile, but there are no e-wallet options. Quite a big oversight.

VIP Programme

There is a clear VIP page on Deal or No Deal Casino, which states that players here get treated like casino royalty. The site offers two VIP levels, standard and Platinum. They are both essentially invite-only, but it implies that players can reach the first level just through regular spending.

The rewards include 10% cashback, priority withdrawals, exclusive promotions, VIP support and more. Platinum members get account managers, hospitality events, birthday gifts and more. Events can include concert tickets with hotel stays and top of the range gadgets.

conclusion

Deal or No Deal Casino is a very good site, but it has two big downsides- one is that the design could be stronger and the other is that it doesn’t really have anything Deal or No Deal about it. The special Slingo game is good and will appeal to real fans of the show, but otherwise this is just another casino site. If you want to try a new game, definitely check this place out, but watch out for pricey bonus terms.
