Casino.com Verdict
Casino.com has a lot to offer. The site has a huge set of slot games, though they are limited to one provider which may be a factor for those who want a change of games. The promotions are another strong point, with original ideas and constant updates. A few areas are weaker, such as slow payments and some clunky aspects to the site, but by and large this is a very good casino. While it isn't one of the best online slot sites, it is a great place for any fan to start.

Design & Usability
Casino.com has a black background and errs towards being sleek and cool in design terms. The logo has a casino chip and it looks quite serious. Taking the edge off this slightly is a big graphic panel at the top of the page, showing photography and artwork for various top slots. It’s quite a neutral style, but it does look good.
The layout seems a little busy at first. The top area has navigation links and account controls, plus a little bank of social media links. You can optionally choose to download software- which is exactly how download casinos should work. This is a nice option for those who use the site regularly. You also have floating buttons for quick help. Most sub-pages have a little sidebar for finer navigation too. What holds the site back is that sub-pages like FAQs and policies can be hard to find; it’s like a little warren of submenus.
Software & Gameplay
The main site lets you find games in three columns, with options on the left to narrow down the category. There’s no search, but it’s good for seeing all classic games at once, or all roulette, etc. Games load into a pretty basic window which you can have any size you like. There’s a useful, very thin strip for account controls, navigation and resizing.
The downloaded version is nice and easy to browse. Games are displayed with little poster-like icons and you have search functions. Games load in a pop-up window with a basic menu bar at the bottom. The downloaded software is pretty smooth and has some nice touches, like letting you know the size of the games you’re downloading. If you use a metered connection, it can be very handy to only have to download games once.
Safety & Security
Casino.com is regulated and licensed by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the UK Gambling Commission. You’ll see security on each page and encryption for payments, so everything is locked down here.
The site uses the IBAS system for independent adjudication, so any disputes are handled by a third party to ensure fairness. There’s even a robust responsible gaming guide with controls to limit spending.
Payments & Withdrawals
There is a cashier button on the site top which opens a cashier panel. This is a little squashed but pretty easy to follow. Waiting times are long, with 1-3 processing days and then more for actual transfers.
Casino.com accepts payments from a big range of debit cards; MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, and more. You can use Neteller, Citadel Instant Banking, EcoPayz, Skrill and PaySafeCard. No shortage of deposit methods at all, but there’s only a handful to withdraw; debit card, PaySafeCard and bank transfer.
Customer Support
Clicking the support tab on right of the main page just opens a little window with the site’s phone number and a mail link inside. You’ll actually need to visit the site footer or use the side bar on sub-pages to get the main contact page, but really it just offers the same information.
Frustratingly, the main site only offers email and phone on the contact page… but if you look closely, there is a live chat icon on the top bar of the site. The downloaded version of the software puts everything in one place.
Bonuses & Promotions
Casino .com has recently restructured its welcome offer, reducing the maximum bonus claimable by new players. With the new offer, all new players receive a 100% bonus (up to £100) with 200 bonus spins. This comes with a fairly standard 40x wagering requirement.
It’s worth noting that players depositing with PayPal are not eligible for any welcome offer, so try an alternative payment method to claim your 200 free spins.
The site has a lot of fun promotions, which update regularly. At the time of writing, Mad March was in effect with a mad hatter theme, offering deposit bonuses and bonuses on scratch card play. Celebrating the Man of Steel slot, the site gave away £500k in 25,000 prizes, in a simple prize draw. You’ll also find regular cashback and friend referrals. Plenty to see and do, with original ideas.
Terms & Conditions: New customers. Min deposit £20. 40 free spins on first deposit. 160 free spins after first deposit (20 per day). Max win £100. 20x wagering. Deposit bonus 40x wagering. Expires 30 days from issue. Eligibility, game, platform, payment restrictions and t&cs apply
Device Compatibility
Casino.com does offer a mobile casino, but doesn’t give you a lot of information on the main site about it. You can visit it through your phone or tablet browser, or there’s an app for iPads, which is largely the same.
The mobile site is nicely optimized and just feels like a compact version of the main site, which is good. The layout is smart and you won’t have trouble finding site sections. Most of the games catalogue is available.
Variety & Originality
There is only one slot provider at Casino.com, which is Playtech, known for their popular Frankie Dettori game and a whole host of other slots. Both Marvel mega jackpots and DC slot machines are available here; it seems to be one of the site’s specialities, so movie fans will have a great time. It’s a shame to just have the one provider, but the range is huge. You’ll find well over 50 jackpot games, classic slots and multi-spin.
The site has a big set of table games. There are several varieties of roulette (at least 14 types), craps, blackjack, video poker and live dealer titles. There’s really no shortage of games at all, but you’re limited to Playtech.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is no loyalty bonus for regular players at Casino.com.
