UK Casino Club Verdict
UK Casino Club is a great site for those who want a big selection of classic games. You won’t find the latest titles or immersive graphics and sound, but you will find a seemingly endless selection of simple, fun slots and table games. Having to download software is annoying and you may find it runs very awkwardly on newer computers, but by and large it’s just another way of doing things. A few more promotions would make the site more attractive, especially when compared to the best online slot sites.

Design & Usability
The main site for UK Casino Club looks pretty nice, with a Union Flag logo and purple and black colours. However, something about the design instantly tells you that this is a download site. When you first fire up the software you get a fun animated video showing London landmarks and a sophisticated casino interior. It looks pretty good overall.
The layout of the software is the same as most Microgaming casinos, with a row of options at the bottom and content loading in a kind of window above. Getting around is fairly easy but at times you may still need to hop back to the main site. This isn’t much of a substitute for a modern flash site.
Software & Gameplay
The download software is easy enough to install; by the time you register it will be done in the background. This is Microgaming software so it does run well and smoothly, but it still feels clunky and old compared to other sites. There is actually an option, well hidden, to let you see a flash version of the site; this is in fact the mobile site.
Games are listed in a simple expanding menu. It works, but it isn’t pretty. Games are sorted by category and you can see jackpots at a glance, which is a nice touch. They load into a pop-up window with no overlay controls.
Safety & Security
UK Casino Club is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority, with details visible on the main site. The site also uses the eCOGRA dispute service to ensure fair gaming.
There is a responsible gaming section here which helps to prevent problem gambling, plus security is strong with digital encryption. However, more details on this would be nice.
Payments & Withdrawals
There is a clear banking section on the software, which will first ask if you want to set limits. You can choose debit and credit cards like Visa and MasterCard, or Neteller, PayPal, Skrill, Citadel Instant Banking and EntroPay. Altogether, a very good selection.
The site will help you sign up if you’re new to the e-wallet options. Withdrawals appear to take a standard 3-5 working days.
Customer Support
Click on Help on the software to get a second window packed with information. While this is a very detailed guide to all the games on site, with some other handy casino info, it’s not that well presented.
Live chat is available here if you go to the ‘support center’, which is a page saying ‘support center’ with a small button that opens live chat! There is a phone and email option, listed on the main site. This certainly needs work.
Bonuses & Promotions
UK Casino Club offers a multi-part welcome bonus which offers up to £700 in total. Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% match up to £100. Your second can get a 25% match up to £100, your third gets 10% up to £200, your fourth gets 25% up to £200 and your fifth gets 110% up to £100. Clearly, only the first and last are worth much and the entire £700 bonus will cost you £3391 in deposits! To make matters worse, these come with a 60x wagering requirement. Not very tempting.
Other site promotions are a bit thin on the ground. They include offers like $100 to be won by playing the Loose Cannon slot, which is awarded to the top 5 wagerers, so this is no competition for everyday players. Other offers include double reward points on certain slots. There are promotions here, just nothing exciting.
Device Compatibility
The site does not really mention of mobile play, but this site does have a mobile version. Essentially, it’s a flash alternative to the downloaded site. Oddly enough, this works very well and in some ways, this is better than the downloaded software.
Still, this is not quite the same as playing a mobile site designed from the ground up. There is an iOS app, which is probably your best bet. A decent enough mobile site, but not cutting edge.
Variety & Originality
Variety is certainly in evidence with over 500 games on this software! The trade-off for this is lack of originality, plus most of these games are getting old now. There are some modern video slots, such as Tomb Raider, but mostly you’ll see classic style slots. Another plus point is game type variety, with fewer or more lines than the standard 20 plus. Of course, these are all from Microgaming, so you won’t get a mixture of developers.
There are plenty of video poker and table games here, but no live dealer. You will find a few surprises, like bingo. Overall, it’s a fun setup, but dated.
Loyalty & Rewards
UK Casino Club uses the Casino Rewards loyalty programme. You can earn points as you play, which become credit, but there’s a 30x wagering requirement.
Members can rise through five tiers as they gain loyalty points, with each one unlocking new jackpot games. There are also some special promotions, such as the Time of Your Life sweepstakes. It’s a modest system without much in the way of hard rewards, but it’s something.
