We like the concept of The Phone Casino, and love that it offers daily free spins to non-funded players. However, the design of the site could be improved for desktop players to make it more user-friendly, and we’d like to see more promotions made available.

Right in the centre of the screen is the introductory offer, which states that new customers can claim one hundred free spins every day with no deposit required. So far, so good, right? Well, not necessarily, as there’s no mention of a welcome offer for funded players.
On looking at both the main menu and the drop-down menu, there are several pages that you’d expect to find which are absent, and it turns out that two of them (N.B., Promotions and Support) are lurking in the website’s footer. The Terms and Conditions are also hard to find as they’re hidden away within the expanding menu button on the left, underneath the no-deposit offer advert within a drop-down section titled “The Legal Stuff”.
In this instance, The Phone Casino highlights the fact that you can easily make an online casino look attractive, but when not enough thought is put into making it user-friendly, you’re likely to confuse or lose potential customers.
