What we recommend instead
Fantasino Casino Verdict
Fantasino is an extremely innovative online casino, the likes of which we can only compare to brands such as Casumo and Ikibu. It’s bang on trend with the move towards online casino gamification, and we like the way you can complete quests and unlock new levels while earning varied rewards. However, the way that the website has been designed means that it can be hard to glean enough information to convince players to sign-up. Therefore, we’d suggest adding some screenshots of how the site and its virtual world looks once you’ve created an account.

Design & Usability
It’s hard not to point out some of the flaws in the site’s design and usability as it’s so different to anything most of us have ever encountered, plus many of the pages and features aren’t visible unless you open an account. Still, once you’ve signed up, you gain access to all areas, and learning your way around comes with time like playing any new game.
We like that you can view the lobby by several different categories and software vendors, and there’s a dedicated page that aims to explain the “Fantasy World” of Fantasino for the curious and the uninitiated. The scrolling ad banner (which uses up a good third of the viewable area on the homepage) takes you through the welcome bonus and latest promotion, the latter of which (at the time of writing) gives you the chance to scoop a dream holiday to Costa Rica.
Software & Gameplay
Fantasino runs on the operator’s own software platform – EveryMatrix – which makes it possible for you to experience the gamified casino experience where you play different characters called Trebols as you level up, under the guidance of a friendly dragon. Other software is used to provide the site’s many and varied games, including Quickspin, Playson, OMI Gaming, NetEnt, and Evolution Gaming.
You can also build and expand your casino experience by achieving certain levels that let you purchase slots, roulette games, blackjack tables, and personalise the interior of your own Fantasino.
Safety & Security
Fantasino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. A Comodo SSL certificate provides strong protection for both your personal and financial data, and the RNG is regularly and independently tested to ensure that the games provide fair and random results.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use any of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, ecoPayz, GiroPay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Trustly, Zimpler, or EnterCash. We like the range of banking options, but would like to see Entropay and Paypal added to the mix.
You can deposit amounts of £10 or above and withdraw up to £10 per transaction, as well as up to £5,000 per week, and £20,000 per month. There are no withdrawal fees, and requests are approved within 24 hours.
Customer Support
Customer support is available 24/7 via live chat or email, but at present, there’s no telephone number that you can call.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome package comes in five parts. There’s a first deposit bonus of 100% up to £50 and 100 free spins on Starburst; a second deposit bonus of 50% up to £150; a third deposit bonus of 25% up to £500, and a fourth deposit bonus of 40 free spins on the Aloha Cluster Pays slot. To qualify for each offer, you must deposit a minimum of £20 and wager through your deposit and bonus thirty times before requesting a withdrawal.
Fantasino typically runs one special monthly/seasonal offer at a time (N.B., others such as reload bonuses are usually personalised and are emailed to players while some bonuses and free spins can earned by completing quests). On our last visit, the site was running a prize draw where players could win a five-night holiday to Costa Rica for two people by collecting one prize draw entry with every £50 deposited.
Device Compatibility
As the Technical area of the FAQs page explains, you can play at Fantasino on any mobile device that can display a webpage and has an active internet connection. If you own an Android or Apple, you can also apparently download the dedicated Fantasino mobile app, although we were unable to find either app in the iTunes or Google Play stores.
Variety & Originality
The variety of games on offer at Fantasino is impressive. There are popular slots and brand-new slots including Starburst, Rich Wilde – Book of Dead, Aztec Warrior Princess, Copy Cats, Dead or Alive, and Gonzo’s Quest, plus jackpot slots such as Hall of Gods, Divine Fortune, and Fruit Bonanza. Furthermore, there’s a good collection of live casino games from Evolution Gaming including Live Baccarat Controlled Squeeze, Live Caribbean Stud Poker, Live Casino Hold’em, Live Three Card Poker, and Live Auto Roulette.
It’s a fairly original collection too, as both big-name software suppliers like Quickspin, Play’n GO, and NetEnt are included as well as less-common software manufacturers such as Genii, OMI, and Playson.
Loyalty & Rewards
Although Fantasino doesn’t advertise a VIP programme, player rewards are built-in to the site’s level-based gaming experience. As you complete quests/missions and unlock new levels for your Trebol, you receive different rewards ranging from cashback, free spins, free cash, and reload bonuses. At the higher levels, the rewards are even better. You can fast-track your way through the quests by collecting tokens, and you get one token for every £5 spent on slots and every £10 spent on other casino games. You can collect up to 200 tokens per week.
We feel that this provides the equivalent of a four-star VIP/loyalty programme.
