Regardless of how good or bad we feel the selection of games and promotions are, or the performance of the customer service team, as Casillion does not appear to be licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, we must advise you to play elsewhere.

Design & Usability
The first thing that strikes us as odd about Casillion is the lack of a top navigation bar. Taking its place are boxes that let you login or register a new account. Directly underneath is the full version of the games lobby, which is where you can locate the Promotions page as well as the different game types. If you need assistance, there’s a red Help tab that’s fixed to the right-hand side of the website. For anything else such as the typical links you’ll find to the terms and conditions, introduction to the brand, banking methods, FAQ, and privacy policy, you have to use your mouse to manually scroll all the way to the bottom or use your keyboard’s Page Down key as there’s no scroll bar at the side of the screen. This makes the navigation a bit of a headache, but other than this, the site design is rather attractive as it situates you in the centre of an impressive ancient palace/temple with a breathtaking view of the starlit night sky.

Casillion uses NetEnt software, which is high-quality, easy to use, and very stable. The casino is instant-play regardless of whether you’re playing on your laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Worryingly, Casillion only mentions its Government of Curacao-issued license, and not a UK Gambling Commission operating license.
