MansionBet verdict

In 2018, the Mansion Group launched its first sports betting site – MansionBet – and quickly followed it up with other online gambling portals to complement it. MansionBet Casino is one such portal that can be accessed from the main MansionBet website, and it aims to cater to slots, live dealer, table games, and card games fans. With a handpicked collection of 250+ titles, a fully-responsive and optimised mobile platform, and a strong focus on customer support, it’s hard to believe that MansionBet Casino won’t tick all the boxes…

design & Usability

Although the background is plain black, the contrasting highlights of red and white combined with the galaxy-inspired graphics that form the background of the welcome offer give MansionBet a professional and attractive appearance.

Considering that there are no less than six portals all of which can be accessed through the main MansionBet website, the main menu is simple to navigate, and it also makes it very easy to change between Sports, Casino, In Play, Games, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports as you see fit.

When you select the Casino link, you gain a mini-menu containing links to the live casino and promotions page, and over at the top-right, you can see the current date and time as well as the login/sign-up area.

The games lobby sits on the homepage, and it’s divided into different categories for each game type. You can sort the selection by Most Popular, Newest, and A-Z, plus the game thumbnails include useful coloured indicators such as “New”, “Hot”, and “Jackpot”.

customer Support

Although there doesn’t appear to be a Help or FAQ page which we’d like to see added at some point in the future, there are various ways in which you can get assistance from the customer services team at MansionBet.

Agents are on hand to help you every day between 9 AM and 1 AM through live chat and telephone. You can also send an email.

bonuses & Promotions

The casino welcome offer gives you a 100% bonus of up to £200 when you make your first deposit of £20 or above. You can also claim a second deposit bonus of 50% up to £100, and a third deposit bonus of 25 free spins on the Starburst slot. The bonus wagering requirements are higher than average at 40x and different game types contribute different amounts towards the play-through requirements.

Although MansionBet aims to please all of its players, not just members of its online casino, this means that it’s somewhat lacking in casino promotions.

On our last visit, the Happy Hour promo was running every day between 9 PM and 11 PM and offered ten free spins on the Football Champions Cup slot when players made a qualifying deposit.

There also appears to be a weekly Live Casino Cashback offer that lets you claim 50% up to £10 back on live casino games every Saturday and Sunday. However, to be eligible for this deal, you must wager at least £200 over the promotional period.

software & Gameplay

MansionBet Casino runs on proprietary software which is well-designed and sophisticated. The links to the different web pages and tabs are easy to spot thanks to their bright colours, and the pages load quickly too. The games catalogue might not be the largest we’ve ever encountered, but it still offers plenty of titles from leading software developers.

device Compatibility

Although there is a MansionBet app, it only offers sportsbook products. But, you can still play the brand’s casino games on the go by visiting the MansionBet Casino website through your mobile device’s internet browser.

safety & Security

The website is secured by Thawte, and licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

A firewall and RSA 128-bit encryption are also used to ensure that your details are always safe and secure.

variety & Originality

While you can expand your game choices by visiting the Games and Live Casino portals, this review covers the Casino site only.

Within the lobby, you’ll find popular slots like Gonzo’s Quest, 7 Sins, Hotline, Lost Relics, The Finger Reels of Life, and Shanghai Beauty along with new games such as Silver Lioness, Witchcraft Academy, Temple of Tut, Jumanji, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Hugo Goal, and Cops ‘n’ Robbers.

The Video Slots section boasts over 150 exciting titles that range from Avalon II, Warlords, Secrets of Atlantis and Thunderstruck II to Immortal Romance, Divine Fortune, Dragon Ship, and Ariana.

At the time of writing, there are 21 table and card games including European Blackjack, Casino Hold’em, Multi-Wheel Roulette, Super Wheel, Beat Me, Casino Stud Poker, Vegas Strip Gold Series, and Blackjack Double Exposure.

Plus, there are nine Evolution Gaming live dealer tables where you can play Caribbean Stud Poker, Live Blackjack, Casino Hold’em, Dream Catcher, American Roulette, Live Baccarat, Three Card Poker, Roulette, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

payments & Withdrawals

Unfortunately, the number of payment options is very small, although it’s good to see Paypal sitting alongside Fast Bank Transfer, MasterCard, and Visa.

You can deposit as little as £10 to your account and there’s no limit on how much you can withdraw. However, there’s a clause in the Withdrawal Policy which states that MansionBet reserves the right to pay out wins of over £50,000 in monthly instalments.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours.

VIP Programme

There does not appear to be any form of VIP/loyalty scheme at MansionBet Casino.

conclusion

MansionBet Casino looks the part thanks to its sophisticated and stylish layout, and there’s a good variety of games to enjoy. It would make a good fit for anyone who’s keen to take advantage of several online betting options under one roof, e.g. sports betting and live dealer games. But, the lack of VIP scheme and the limited payment methods are unlikely to impress hardcore casino fans.
