What we recommend instead
Dash Casino Verdict
Dash Casino is a pretty average site, offering some nice things- like mixed promotions and a huge game selection- but always hitting some wrinkle. The welcome bonus isn’t flexible and the games are limited to Microgaming, so they’re quite hit and miss. The site looks smart, but the software is outdated and can be difficult to use, plus it’s clearly just bolted on to the 32Red site. Still, this site could be worthwhile if you fancy a change.

Design & Usability
The design of Dash Casino aims for a kind of technological, sleek appearance, not unlike a games console or a mobile phone. The site suggests that you download, but you can also view a software lobby in your browser. The two are pretty similar. We found that registration was a sluggish process, but this could be a temporary issue. Logging in was equally painstaking.
Getting around the site is a bit of a pain. There are links down the left-hand side for the main site areas, but space is limited. Many site areas are shown outside of the software. In short, it looks very futuristic, but Dash Casino doesn’t feel like a polished experience.
Software & Gameplay
While the software looks good here, as is often the case with Microgaming downloads, it just doesn’t feel as sleek as a modern HTML website. Click on All Games and you’ll get a choice of several sections, from slots to table games, with submenus for pay lines and so on. This is needed, because the site has a massive selection. Many slots appear in the tile view without artwork.
When you select a slot, you get a simple window built into the software. This has no special overlays or background. The games load fast, but the small window doesn’t showcase them well at all.
Safety & Security
Dash Casino is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. The site has good security, using 128-bit SSL encryption. You’ll see a secure certificate on all pages too.
Fairness is ensured by the eCOGRA seal of approval, which means that the site is independently tested. There’s also a good responsible gaming section, with advice to counter problem gambling.
Payments & Withdrawals
The banking link opens a pop-up window with a pretty standard layout. This is easy enough to use, if a little clunky. Withdrawals appear to take the usual 3-5 working days.
Dash Casino accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, or you can use Neteller, Skrill, PaySafeCard, Citadel Instant Banking, Sofort, EcoPayz, EntroPay and even PayPal. A very good selection!
Customer Support
Finding support is a little tricky at Dash Casino. You have a quick button for live chat, but this actually opens the 32Red help area! From there, you can use 32Red’s live help.
The site offers email and phone options too, again going through 32Red. The help section is very good and the team are helpful, but there’s something a bit awkward about this shared setup.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus at Dash Casino is quite modest, a fixed bonus of £50 for a deposit of £50. This comes with a standard 40x wagering requirement. Not very inspiring, but at least it’s simple.
The site does have several other regular offers, however. Dash Daily Deal gives you a 20% match on every deposit, up to 100 free chips. Mega Mondays offer double loyalty points on selected slots. You’ll also see daily slots tournaments with a £250 prize pool. A mixture of promotions, but nothing special.
Device Compatibility
There is no direct page explaining Dash Casino’s mobile functionality on site, however the site does have an iOS app. This looks just like the mobile site, which will work for most phone types.
The mobile site is basic, but works well. You have a row of icons at the bottom for site sections and a row at the top for game types. Some may prefer this to the main site’s software and it does work nicely, but it isn’t anything special.
Variety & Originality
This is a Microgaming only casino, which limits variety. However, you do have access to over 400 games at Dash Casino, which vary from new video slots like Pollen Party and Tarzan to classic 9-line slots like Tally Ho. If you aren’t concerned with the latest big names, then you’ll find a huge selection of more casual slots here.
This site offers some fun extras like bingo, video poker and of course table games. There are over 34 table games in total, a mixture of blackjack, craps and roulette variants. In short, this site doesn’t offer the prettiest games, but there may be something you haven’t played before.
Loyalty & Rewards
Dash Casino has a VIP section called ‘the Platinum Club’. This is an invite-only system for high rollers, but it does provide some nice rewards. These include double loyalty points for all slots play, lower wagering requirements, 100% monthly deposit bonuses up to £200, exclusive weekly promotions and birthday bonuses. It’s unclear how much is required from you.
There is also a loyalty points system here, rewarding you each time you wager. These can later be exchanged for casino chips.
